I don't think Misti is diabetic ...they have shown her eating ice creams and drinking juices..if she is diabetic she can take these only moderately.. atleast Vidyut would have told Avni abt the diet restrictions

As Zain said Mishti has lost blood. But when the testing is done, she may not match the blood group of any of the family, not even Neil, and possibly not Juhi. This will cast doubt on Neil being the Father. Because if Mishti does not match either Neil or Juhi, then whose blood group does she match?

It's possible the testing will reveal she has a blood type which cannot be present in a child with the two blood types of Juhi and Neil. It's all very complicated and has many variables. But I am sure something will come up which will indicate the child has a blood type which cannot be present if these two are the biological parents. Who knows what drama awaits? But the paternity question will rise for sure. This may be when the truth comes out. A rude shock awaits Neil, that he has abducted a child from her biological Father.

According to my knowledge I've seen offspring's blood group hasn't matched always with none of with parents. Though it's rare case. In my relative daughter has o positive n parents have a positive n ab positive. So only blood group unmatched cant be reliable proof for them. Don't know will there be any dna test arranged? N if diabetic n blood group both matched with misthi then suspecting will be more strong.
