Actually Sameer according to me is a nice person at heart...he is a spoilt brat...because of his mothers ignorance...but as a person himself...he is not a bad person...so he repents for doing all the damages with his anger...but he needs to make up for all that now and hopefully he would succeed in that... but Naina is going through a lot presently and hopefully she gets her share of happiness soon😃

All through the night Sameer kept on recollecting their interactions and those instances when he had been punished because of her...but the way she helped Nanu in times of need...he couldn't ignore that. He felt so sorry for misbehaving with her and now the gift...Naina's thoughts made him restless and he passed his night in turning around in the bed only. The next morning he woke up early and got ready to go to his school. Nanu was surprised to see him up so early and understood that today why he wanted to go to school this early. Sameer was dropped to school by Munshiji as his bike needed repair and he was desperately waiting for Naina to come today.

The students entered the class one by one but Naina was nowhere to be seen. Everyone kept asking him about his injuries but he avoided answering any of them as his entire attention was towards the entrance to the class. As usual Munna and Pandit entered late and when they saw him staring towards the door, they asked him the reason for doing so while they were already in the class. He told them about the gift and the note she gave him in her card and that he wanted to say sorry to her. both of them laughed out on hearing this and wondered why that Behenji Naina became so important for him suddenly. He asked them not to call her Behenji as she was not one...she is just a bit introvert type of girl and they better not tease him anymore. She had helped his Nanu and she had the courage to gift him her most precious possession belonging to her mother...she is a good girl by heart and he was very sure about it. Both of them were sorry for their behaviour but were surprised that why today that Padaku Naina...oh sorry...that sanskari Naina hasn't turned up yet as daily she was so early to scool?

The teacher entered the class and they couldn't continue with their conversation. But Sameer decided to ask swati after the class regarding her whereabouts. As soon as the class got over, he ran upto Swati and sat on the seat next to her. Swati blushed on seeing him sit so close to her but somehow controlled her emotions. He asked her about Naina's absence from the school and she told that she had no idea whatsoever but might be she isn't keeping well as she had fever the previous day. The news of her bad health made him further guilty as he realised that he had been so unreasonable with her. She wasn't well but still she made it a point to bring a present for his birthday and what he did with her? he became so upset with himself and couldn't concentrate on his class today. he didn't have his lunch also properly in canteen and his friends were shocked to see him so restless and that too for Naina...whom he hated initially...Munna had a passing thought in his mind that somewhere in his heart Sameer has started to develop a soft corner for Naina. They advised him that if he really wants to help her out, he should take good notes in the class and give them to her while she is absent from school. This way he will be able to divert his mind and also the notes will be helpful both for him and Naina. Although he found this a tough task but decided to do that...maybe because of this only she forgives him for his behaviour towards her. He took down the notes in the remaining classes properly and felt a sense of satisfaction after doing this. He just prayed that she gets well soon and he can soon say sorry to her.

At home Naina was quietly lying in the bed and her memories of Sameer's birthday and his behaviour brought tears to her eyes. Chachiji came to give her medicine and found her eyes swollen. She asked the reason for doing so but Naina didn't say anything...she just hugged her and started crying even more. Bela chachi became worried to see her crying like this...she kept on asking but Naina continued to cry. Preeti also came there and she too tried to calm her down but all their attempts failed. Chachi asked Preeti to call Chachaji and she went and called him. All of them knew that no-one understood her more than him and that she shared most of her feelings with him. He came and sat close to her and asked her what had happened?

After many repeated attempts Naina opened up and told him that she was missing her Mom badly today...she was feeling as if she is absolutely alone in this entire world...and she continued to cry. Chachi felt very upset to know that and told her that she is just like her mother...what if her own mother isn't there with her...everyone is there for her...her Chacha Chachi...Preeti...everyone... Chachaji told Bela that its because of her illness that she is feeling like this and this happens when a child is ill...so she need not worry. He tried to calm her down with his words and asked her whether she'll like to have jalebi today? He knew that Jalebi is her favorite and she won't refuse this proposal. He also said that he knew her Chachi would have given her many tasteless things to eat considering that she is unwell but after eating her favourite jalebi her mood and her taste...all will be absolutely fine. As expected Naina had a smile on her face on hearing about jalebi and she agreed to have it. Chachaji gave some money to Preeti and asked her to get Jalebi from the market.

Preeti went to the market to bring jalebi where Sameer was roaming around with his friends. They saw Preeti buying jalebi and Sameer decided to talk to her and enquire about Naina's health.

Sameer: Preeti tum yahan kya kar rahi ho?

Preeti: Madhuri Dixit ke baal kaat rahi hu...tum bhi na...dekh nahi sakte jalebi khareed rahi hu...

Munna and pandit burst out smiling on hearing this but when Sameer gave them a stare...they stopped laughing.

Sameer: wo main poochna chahta tha ki Naina ki tabiyat kaisi hai?

Preeti: uski tabiyat kharab hai...bukhaar hai aaj bhi...main uske liye hi to yeh jalebi lekar ja rahi hu...

Sameer: kya...jalebi uske liye...uski tabiyat kharab hai aur tum use jalebi khilaogi? Isse to uski tabiyat aur kharab ho jayegi...

Preeti: tum use kitne time se jaante ho...main use bachpan se jaanti hu...yeh jalebi uske liye dawai ka kaam karegi... uski tabiyat aur uska mood ekdum theek ho jayega...

Sameer: uska mood kharab hai kya?

Preeti: haan uska mood na bahut kharab hai...apni Mummy ko bahut miss kar rahi hai...bahut ro rahi thi...khair chhodo...mujhe jaana hai der ho rahi hai...tumhari wajah se kitna time waste ho gaya...

Preeti left from there and Sameer became anxious to know that Naina cried a lot and she was missing her Mom a lot...he felt so guilty for putting her in such a situation...he left from there along with his friends and despite their repeated attempts to normalise his mood...he didn't feel like taking part in their pranks today. he decided that he would go and meet her at her home at night. He will definitely say sorry to her and would make sure that she is no more depressed and she gets well soon.
