Okay so first off...I like MJ5. 😆 And I'm glad they were saved...but...should they have been eliminated?
The judges basically look for mistakes...if there are no mistakes then they look for other minor flaws and overall impact of the act.

One of the MJ5 members made a mistake...it was clear...everyone could see that. Their act is simple yet complicated at the same time...but if even one person messes up...you can't hide it.

Piyush and Preeti didn't make a mistake, rather...Terence felt Piyush could have been more light-footed in some of his dance steps.

They gave the round to MJ5. That surprised me because I thought their mistake was bigger. Was it fair? What do you think?

They said piyush-preeti made mistakes too but I thought may be they mistakes were subtle so I couldn't see them while judges do. Truth be told I like MJ5 more so I am happy with decision but are you really really expecting fair decision from judges ???? They are not fair at all and they don't even try to hide it! They always praise shushant and piyush no matter what I like them too but they are not that great. Piyush was good but he is trying very hard to be shushant khatri that now I see shushant dancing style more then what his own style used to be that was gatto. Shazia, HOS, urban Singh crew, divyanka tripathi are some other example

There is clearly a bias in their decision, whether it is with a contestant or wit a style of dancing. I don't think Piyush and Preeti made any mistakes...Terence just felt Piyush was a little heavy footed...which I didn't notice at all...but then again...I'm not a professional dancer 😆
But they didn't make an outright technical mistake where as MJ5 did. And even though I like MJ5 and am glad they were saved...I think in all honesty they should have been eliminated.

It's very inconsistent sometimes they judge based on mistakes and sometimes they give priority to degree of difficulty of the dance. I think it's fairer to judge with degree of difficulty in mind (like in gymnastics meets and international ballroom competitions). someone making a mistake on a cartwheel is not the same as someone making a mistake on a double back flip. I know with so many varying styles it's difficult to judge but I want the contestants to feel encouraged to take on innovative new routines rather than try to do the same old things perfectly.
