Shiv should have a reason for setting that shop to fire. There's nothing such yet and yeah you're right may be the delivery boy is the same guy. But shouldn't we be suspecting Vyom for the fire since the delivery boy gave the flowers to Vyom?

Hello friends, do you remember the guy who gave delivery of the bouquet of stargazers to vyom? It must be the same guy who died in the fire which destroyed the flower shop!! And that guy was hiding his face with the cap, may be vyom saw him when he was alive around his college that is why he hid his face. Vyom doesn't know about the flower shop or the fire ... so he can excluded out from being the arson ... my money is on either Rajan or Sharanya who caused that fire 😈
