So in the precap for the next episode, Teja is in a room looking at an old book. There's a picture of Prem when he was a baby and then she is startled when she reads something in the book. It's a document of some sort. She says that Prem better not see it and then a second later he walks in the room. I'm thinking it may be his baby book and it may have something to do with his birth. Maybe he's not really Dharam's child. Oh my word, I hope he's not really Mandira's child!!! That would be horrible. Can someone tell me what is written on the cover of the book?

When Preeti met with Mandira at the jail, my English subtitles said this:

Search Dharam Singh's house. You will find something that will help you create trouble in Dharam Singh's household. There must be an object, or a person. You will surely find something that will shake the very foundation of Dharam Singh's family. I wonder if Mandira is assuming there is something secretive in his house or is she implying that she already knows what the secret is???

OK since it was a file from the hospital it could be that they are adoption papers and that Dharam and Sarla adopted him as a baby. That would make better sense than if he was Mandira's baby and Dharam stole him from her. Although, stealing the baby scenario is a North American soap storyline. Not sure if it's a storyline used in the Indian soaps?

And you already know that because of that troublesome Preeti saying to Prem that Teja kept the file away from him that he will be all angry with her. Again. Hopefully she'll be able to convince him that she found the file just the night before when she was locked in the store room.

Poor Arjun anyway. Who needs enemies when you have a wife like Preeti. 😭

Well in today's precap for tomorrow's episode it was revealed that Prem is not DSR's biological child. I KNEW IT !! Aww and the sadness on their faces is enough to make you cry. 😭

I do have a gripe to pick because there's no way that they would just allow the public into the hospital files room so I'm not happy about that but I know that they did need a way for Preeti to find out the secret, as frustrating as that is.

So we'll have to see tomorrow's episode for the details of Prem's adoption or possibly kidnapping as a baby.

NO! NO! NO!

According to Aisi Deewangi's instagram, Prem is supposed to be Mandira's son. I definitely didn't want to predict that correctly. 😲

If it's true, then Prem was probably stolen from Mandira and when she finds out, she'll probably put a hit on DSR. Oh the madness!
