Why should he?
He posts pics with them on social media since he is friends with IPKKND1 team - Barun, Sanaya, Akshay, Abhaas and Daljeet. Even he is friends with Arjun B, Naman, Anju S etc.
But team NK should also be friend with him...I don't see them follow or interact with him then why should he. Though he follows Zain but Zain doesn't.
Even in their celebration post of 250 and 300 episode they did not mention him and we all know his writing is Superb post leap. He has given us the characters of Avni and Neil based on MB inputs. The producer had send appreciation cake at his home. I don't see a point here, some professional friendships turn into friendship and friendslikefamily thing but not all.
Karan who recently joined follows both Gautam Hedge and Vig, so its also about efforts from other person and their reason of interaction. Just because he writes for the show does not mean he hangs out with them. Like other cast members.
I have followed his writing since MJHT, IPKKND, Rangrasiya and now NK...and he has made few friends from all these shows and others are just professionals
