Hi tia, agree with u. May be she did dated both but at different times, i mean one after the other or may be she didn't loved vyom and pretended that she is in love with him only to be away from shiv. But one thing is sure, vyom is hiding something and shiv wants to separate vyom-sharanya. I too hope cvs haven't started the story with lie and vyom saying truth that they were in a relationship.
