HOW COME court EVICTED Salman after been proven guilty?

Pretty straight forward question.

BUT VERY LEGIT.

And I wonder why no one raised it when it should be in all fairness.

WHERE IS THE JUSTICE SYSTEM

I mean come on it was not a small case, a human life has been wasted

EVERYTHING been proved against him.

HE WAS BEEN CHARGED GUILTY by the respected higher court.

Then HOW ON EARTH he has been evicted without any rhyme or reeason, after been officially proven guilty?

And why no one raised voice against it anywhere, not even here on these forums???

As far as I remember, court denied the driver's altered bayaan that he changed afterwards and convicted him with all the evidences and witnesses, so ites beyond my understanding how come and on what bases he has been set free from such serious PROVEN charges,

Yup last I know his case was in Supreme court now. The will be the final verdict .

The High Court evicted him overruling the previous rulings. Now, the case is in the SC where it will be final what will be his fate.

Salim khan was boot licking sum1. He posted a long msg in support of modi when ppl were bringing up 2002 riots. So i guess these father-son duo were probably brought in to lure minorities for vote bank.
