Author's note -here I am with next shot of this story, but before that I want to clear up some confusions, first of all, the story is still in flashback. Raman is going to meet ishita is flashback only. The flashback is of one year ago, while after four years, after ramab broke Ishita's heart. Hope u all r clear about the scenario now. So now enjoy the updt. Here is the next shot.
SHOT 3
It was six in morning when the alarm ring breaking the sound sleep of ishita. She wake up and switch off the alarm. She get out of the bed and went to washroom to complete her daily chores.
After an hour, she came out wearing the bathrobe ,she took out her dress for the day and got ready wearing a green kurti with leggings. She tied her hair in half clutch and went to make breakfast for herself. She make idli sambhar for hersepf and had it to heart content. She put some idlis in her tiffin as she prefers to eat homemade food. Then she called her parent and talk randomly as a part of her daily routine and got ready for the day. She took her car keys and went locking the door to reach her clinic at time.
Dr ishita iyer, in very less time she has made a good image infront of her senior doctors and patients, all thanks to her sweet nature and dedication. She is very much dedicated to her profession and her patients.she never want to disappoint any of her patient and always try her best to treat everyone.
She reached her clinic at 8.30 and got to see a long appointment list of patients waiting for her.
Ishita look at the list and said -bahut patient hai aaj ishita, kamar kas le. She thought and went to her cabin .
At sharp nine, ishita start checking her patient. Many were suffering from facial fracture, some want to do something or other with their face. Ishita was doing her work attentively when the receptionist told the next patient to enter.
Raman and his secretary got up to go inside but Raman's feet stopped. He wasn't feel like going to her as he don't have courage to face her after years. He was feeling very guilty for breaking her heart but now he really want her. Not just like his doctor but like his best friend too, who will stand next to him in every situation. Raman closed his eyes and entered the cabin and look at ishita.
Ishita was busy in checking x-ray when he entered her cabin with his secretary. Ishita felt his fragrance and closed her eyes feeling it.
Ishita -yeh kiski khusboo hai, Itni jaani pehchani si. Lag raha hai meri saanson mein bhar kar mere dil tak pahunch rahi hai. She thought and only one name clicked her mind, Raman.
She opened her eyes and turned to see the person and got disappointed seeing a man with half bandage over his face while the other side of his face was disfigured with another man.
She smiled meekly seeing them and told them to settle down. Raman and his secretary settled on the chairs. Raman was just looking at ishita, her upper lips were shivering like she is being nervous. He don't understand why she is feeling nervous while ishita hersepf wasn't understanding the reason of her nervousness and excused herself.she went to the washroom and washed her face many times and then said to herself -why u r so nervous, he is just another patient. Be calm ishu, she said to herself and went out after calming herself and saw them still sitting there.
Ishita look at them and tried to smile wide and said -welcome, I hope I can help u in every manner.
Sec-we too came with the same hope, doc.
Ishita -its good that u have hope and faith in me, that's really important to treat a person.she said being normal slowly.
Sec-yes, we do trust u. We have heard many things about u.
Ishita smiled and said -i wish u have heard only the good things.
Secretary smiled and said -actually very good about u.
Ishita -thats nice, OK tell me whats the problem. I want to, She was saying when a nurse came in and said -doc, there is an emergency. Ur patient anjali,again hurt herself.
Ishita -oh shit, gentleman please excuse me. It's an emergency. She said and went out of her cabin. Raman too got up and went behind ishita and saw she went to a girl who was badly injured. She has cuts all over her face. It was looking like someone has injured her with blade. Raman went close to see whats the matter only to hear.
Ishita -why r u doing this to urself anjali. Why u r giving pain to urself like this.
Anjali -coz I want to kill myself. I don't want to live, my boyfriend Mayank don't love me anymore. Just because he is now excelling in life, he thinks that I am no longer of his standard. He dump me saying that he don't love me anymore kyunki main uske standard ki nahi. Usse lagta hai main khoobsurat nahi,so I ruined my face more. She said crying while Raman was shocked hearing this that a girl ruined her face just coz her boyfriend dumped her.
Ishita -i know all this anjali, coz this is the second time u did this to urself, but beta this is not the way to deal with life and pain. Heartbreaks hote rehte hai, par iss tarah koi zindagi jeena toh nahi chodta. She said cleaning her wounds.
Anjali -jiske saath hota hai naa, sirf wahin takleef samajh sakta hai. Bolna bahut asaan hota hai par kya Aap jee paati agar jisse Aap pyaar karti woh aapko yeh bol kar chod deta ki aap uske kaabil nahi. She said making ishita look at anjali, while Raman looked at her eyes which turned moist instantly.
Ishita look at anjali and said -haan main jee paati, aur naa sirf jee paati balki jee rahi hoon. Tumhe kya lagta hai sirf tumhi ho jiska dil tuta hai, nahi anjali, u r not alone. Many have gone through it and I am not the exception. Maine bhi kiya tha kisi se pyaar. Aur usne mere pyaar ko thappad ki tarah mere muh pae maar diya. Yes he slapped me hard with his words, mere pyaar ko,meri feelings ko ehsaan bana diya .she said looking at anjali while Raman felt bad hearing this from ishita.
Anjali -phir kya kiya aapne.
Ishita -usse chod diya, jisne mera dil toda usse mud kar bhi nahi dekha, pata hai kyu.
Anjali nodded in no.
Ishita -kyunki usne joh mere saath kiya usme uska hi loss tha, coz I lost someone who never loved me but he loosed someone who never did anything other then loving him. Maine joh khoya naa, woh bahut kam hai uske saamne joh usne khoya, he lost me, his only friend, fan and confidant. She said making Raman realise whatever she is telling was true, he has lost his only friend, philosopher, guide.
Anjali -aap usse nafrat nahi karti.
Ishita -no, coz he don't deserve that also. Woh meri nafrat bhi deserve nahi karta.she said calmly making Raman feel bad that she don't even hate him forget loving him.
Anjali -main bhi Mayank se nafrat nahi karungi aur pyaar bhi nahi karungi. Aur uske liye khud ko takleef toh bilkul nahi dungi, yes doc, u r right, I don't deserve this pain but he deserves the pain. Main kyun roun uske liye when he is happy somewhere without me, main bhi khush rahungi. Apni pehchaan banaungi and then will show him that I don't need him. She said determined while ishita completed bandaging her face.
Ishita -good, then promise me that u will never do this again to urself.
Anjali promised her and went out with her mother after completing her treatment. Her mother thanked ishita for making anjali understand to which she just nod. Ishita turned to go and saw raman standing there.
Ishita -sorry for the delay Mr, u go I am just coming. She said to which Raman nodded and went to her cabin.
Ishita was going back to her cabin when anjali came and asked -aap unse pyaar nahi karti naa.
Ishita nodded in no and anjali went more determined while ishita looked at her and said -naa raman se pyaar karna mere bas mein tha aur naa hi unse pyaar karna bandh karna. I can never hate him as I will always love him. Pyaar karna hamare bas mein nahi hota par uss pyaar se dur jaana hamare bas mein hota hai. Aur Maine wahin kiya hai, apne pyaar se bahut dur aa gayi hoon taaki raman ki parchaiyee bhi ab mujh tak naa pahunch paaye. She thought to herself and went to see her next patient oblivious of the fact that the next patient is her raman only.
Ishita entered the cabin and said -really sorry for the delay but it was an emergency.
Raman's sec-its OK, we totally understand.
Ishita -thats so sweet of u, OK now come to the point. Tell me what's the problem.
Raman's sec-my name is Mahesh and he is my boss. His face got disfigured due to a mishap.he underwent many surgeries but he couldn't get his old face back resulting to his depression. We r here in a hope to get his face back.
Ishita felt bad and look at the person's face which was half under bandage and half was badly disfigured.
Ishita -oh my god, it's pretty bad. But why this bandage.
Mahesh -its a very deep wound which very easily get infected, so doctor suggested to keep it like this.
Ishita -kab hua tha accident.
Mahesh -around six months before.
Ishita -since then it's like this only.
Mahesh -yes, but it's being changed after every two day.
Ishita went close to raman and said -i know it's difficult to be like this, but trust me I will give my 100% to give u ur previous face back. She said keeping her hand on his shoulder while a tear escape his eyes feeling her touch.
Ishita look at him and said-aap please mat roiye, Mr, she paused and look at his secretary to know his name and picked the torch to see his see his wounds thourougly when Mahesh said -rkb, mr Raman Kumar bhalla. He said making ishita shocked. She looked at his face and his moist eyes, and got shocked seeing raman like this infront of her.
Ishita looked at him and the torch from her hand fell down. She took a step back and look thouroughly at Raman's face trying to remember his previous face and all she could utter -i just come. She said and went out of the cabin while Mahesh tried hard to stop her.
She get out of the cabin and ran to the terrace taking long steps.all turned to see her as it was very unusual of her. Many tried to stop her when but she wasn't in mood to hear anyone. She just ran to the terrace and closed the door so that no-one can came behind her. She crushed on the floor and start crying. She wasn't able to believe that the person on whom she was pitying was actually her raman,her best friend, her love, her life.
She closed her mouth tight and cried while flashes of his previous face and his current face was coming infront of her every now and then.
Ishita -yeh kya ho gaya, Raman ke saath kya ho gaya. Unka Chehra, no, kaise. She said and cried bitterly not able to bear the pain.
She was sitting hugging her legs to her chest still not able to believe that her raman is in such condition when she remembered her words, her curse to him that one day he has to come to her.
Ishita -nahi, Maine toh nahi chaha tha. Yes I was angry on him aur gusse mein muh mein joh bhi aaya maine keh diya but I never wished to see him in such condition. Nahi Maine aisa bilkul nahi chaha tha Murugan. Aapne aisa kyun kiya Raman ke saath, why u did so. She cried.
On the other hand, Mahesh went to reception and asked for ishita. Receptionist called ishita.
Ishita picked the phone only to hear -doc, Mr rkb is waiting for u. Where r u??
Ishita -I am just coming, tell him to wait.
Rec-ok, she said and hung the call.receptionist told Mahesh to wait while Raman wanted to go seeing her reaction.
Mahesh -let her come, I think she can treat u.
Raman -no I don't want to be treated, just go from here. He was saying but Mahesh didn't let him go.
On the other hand,
Ishita -raman has came to me for treatment. No I can't treat him, main nahi kar sakti unka ilaaj. Unke chehre par scissor, no I can't do it. I love him, I still love him. I can't operate him, mujhse nahi hoga. She said and wiped her tears to go down to deny him for treatment.
Raman was looking at the door when ishita entered the cabin. Her eyes was red and puffy, making him realise that she was crying. Raman felt bad seeing her condition and said -lets go Mahesh.
Mahesh -arey sir, baat toh karne dijiye. He was saying when ishita told -sorry I can't treat him. Aap log jaa sakte hai.
Mahesh -arey doc, please don't say like this, hum bahut umeed le kar aayen hai. He was saying when Raman said -mahesh,chalo yahan se. He said and was going out but turned and saw her. She too looked at him, their eyes got locked into each other and got moist. Both looked away and wiped it in a jiffy. He went out of the cabin while Mahesh was still there trying to convince ishita.
Mahesh -please doc, hum bahut umeed se aaye the. Hume aise naaumeed mat kijiye.
Ishita -aap samajh nahi rahe, I can't do this. Yeh mere haath mein nahi hai.
Mahesh -aap nahi samajh rahi doc, he is in very much pain. Pichle 6 mahino se he is going through hell. He has underwent multiple surgeries and immense pain to get his face back but result is zero. I suggested him many doctors but he wasn't ready to meet anyone anymore, coz he has lost his will to live, don't know why he agreed to meet u but I know after ur refusal he will never meet any other doctor as he has left every hope on life. He is dying slowly, please treat him. Or else he will soon die .har kisi ne unka saath chod diya, chahe woh fans ho, media ho yaa phir producer-director. Sirf main hi unke saath bacha hoon but agar aapne unhe treat nahi kiya toh very soon I will also go leaving him all alone. Aakhir Ek dubte hue suraj ke saath koi kab tak reh sakta hai. He was saying when they heard-tum bhi chalo jao Mahesh, I know u r getting offers from many stars. I don't want anyone near me, I want to live alone, shayad yahin meri saza hogi uska dil todne ki. Raman said looking at ishita and was going out when ishita said -wait.
Raman stopped and turned to her.
Ishita look at Mahesh and said -i will treat him, but before that can I talk to ur boss in private.
Mahesh look at her with confusing eyes.
Ishita -i want to check him that how much chances r there of him being totally fine.
Mahesh -oh, OK doc, thanks for understanding. He said and went out leaving Ishra alone.
