Hi guys...I cant find on the internet this story...and just now I saw a promo of Devi Lakshmi being captured by a demon who got a boon from Mahadev...does anyone know this story?

Never heard of it !!!

How can a demon capture Mata Maha Lakshmi just like that ??? 😕

She's the Maha Shakti of Lord Narayana himself . Then how can she be captured ?!?!? 😲

This is just impossible 😕 Mahalakshmi cannot be captured by a demon randomly like that.

By the way, Guys, I'm Panchali and new to this forum. Not a fan of the show, but of Mythology and SRJ 😆

Out of context, it seems absurd. However, it's important to remember Shiva bestowed upon Narakasura a boon which provided him Sri. Without the boon, he wouldn't have been able to just snatch Lakshmi from Vishnu (especially now, as Vaishnavi).

Ask yourselves this: how could Rati curse Parvati, when Parvati is Adi Shakti? Curses and boons are extraordinarily powerful in Hinduism. Even the gods can't escape.

Don't know what to say about Vishnu of this Mahakali serial . So far he seems to be a very confusing character. I have mixed feelings about him .

FYI I'm only referring to the "Vishnu" of this particular show 😆 and not the real LORD VISHNU whom I love more than anything 😊

Whoever (including myself ) were complaining that "Narayan" of this serial is not smiling should watch tonight's episode !!! 😆

Okay seriously now jokes aside, I don't like to call or mention him as Vishnu or Narayan ! .

Can we have some alternate names for him and the "Lakshmi" character in this show for the sake of discussion ???

I don't want to insult my REAL LakshmiNarayan by using their names to describe these two characters in the serial . They're nowhere near my mother Maha Lakshmi and my Lord Vishnu !!!

Curse is different from kidnap. Kidnapping a Mahashakti is not a simple thing. And Sri is wealth I think which Mahadeva bestowed upon Naraka. There is no way that he would snatch away Mata Sri from Hari. And also, regarding the Rati curse thing, Parvati's mortal body is the reason the curse affected.

I agree. I feel they are not giving enough importance to them even. And they made Lakshmi as Narayani, when in general, Parvati is. Lakshmi is Vaishnavi. I actually feel, if given attention, even Kanan Malhotra can improve his performance 😊
