Ranbir Kapoor: I am dying to watch Deepika Padukone's Padmavati.

Shahid Kapoor as Rawal Ratan Singh and
Ranveer Singh as Alauddin Khilji, Padmavati
is a huge scale film and fans have been
waiting for it to finally hit the screen. Today,
the trailer is out and fans are going over the
grandeur that Bhansali has portroyed the
story.
We have fallen in love with the trailer. Not
just us, Ranbir Kapoor can't wait to watch
the film. According to a reports in a leading
TV channel's website, Ranbir and Alia Bhatt
attended an event recently wherein they
talked about how competition in the
industry inspires them and both mentioned
about Deepika Padukone.
Alia Bhatt said, "When I saw Deepika's look
in Padmavati I was jumping in my room
because it looks so exciting. But initially I
wasn't like that. I am a very competitive
person but I feel that we're in a space
where we can actually be inspired by each
other's work."
On the same lines, Ranbir added, "You feel
bad but you feel inspired as well. This is my
tenth year. Probably earlier on I was more
competitive and jealous but then you reach
a point where it's about your survival, your
choices and how good you are. Now when I
see Varun doing Judwaa I feel happy
because so early he has learnt the art of
pleasing the audience. When I see the looks
of Deepika, Shahid and Ranveer from
Padmavati, I'm dying to watch the film."

You are in your tenth year and haven't achieved anything great...he's talking as if he's an established superstar...like watching Varun do better than him. Just because some people around him continuously tell him that he's the best actor present currently..he's become content with it. The fact that he says that there is no competitive feeling right now...even if he's lying and is super insecure about his contemporaries doing much better than him..I feel he lost his drive long back...along with his discipline for films. All I see right now in him is Kareena...who used to be happy with whatever little she did and watch others race ahead in their career
