Sounds like Gurmeet Debina. Gurmeet does movies ab and Debina has always been criticised for gaudy outfits and cakey makeup.

It's Gurmeet Debina and Vipul Roy ."Her love interest was linked to another actor who seperated from her hubby" --there were rumours about Vipul and Vahbiz before this though both denied it.
