Bollywood actress Zarine Khan recently disclosed that she always had the "biggest crush on former Pakistani cricket captain Shahid Khan Afridi.
It's not often that Shahid Afridi and Bollywood actresses meet but at a certain event in Dubai, the cricketer met the Hate Story 3' actress Zarine Khan. Turns out, Zarine is a big fan of Shahid and had been in love with the cricketer's hair and looks ever since he started playing the sport.
"I have been a fan of Afridi from the very first day he had played his match, I think he was 16 and scored 100 runs on 32 or 35 balls, she said. "I was an admirer of his hair and his looks, she added.
Zarine disclosed that meeting Shahid was a dream come true for her.
Shahid, is a former Pakistani cricketer and former captain of the Pakistan national cricket team. As a successful all-rounder, Shahid was respected for his consistent bowling that relies on change of pace rather than spin, but drew greater attention for his aggressive batting style. Shahid was the world record holder for the fastest ODI century in 37 deliveries and holds the distinction of having hit the most number of sixes in the history of ODI cricket.
