Amba is worst mother in law - Page 2

Not defending Amba but her initial reason for making Manpreet live as a boy was to save her life! Her only other choice was to allow her newborn daughter to die. Deena would've killed the baby!

Amba is back to being the vengeful woman and I am not sure I like her avatar. Preet has suffered enough humiliation from Raj and I don't want her to give in to him so easily but didn't want Amba to be the hindrance for sure. I didn't like her attitude towards Rohan at all. She knows his love for Simmi is true but yet she treated him so badly. I can understand she is angry on him for marrying Simmi but she also knew the other alternative for her was to marry Chander which was a million times worse. Rohan did what he did to protect Simmi and there was no selfish motive there. She treated him worse than anyone would a stray dog. I know Preet will never let Amba mistreat Raj or Rohan even if she chooses to stay back with the Pawaniyas. But now Amba will take over from Jagan as the main villain Grrr not happy with the turn of events. Its back to square one. I am not liking Simmi either. I understand she is mad on Rohan but asking her men to beat him was just 🤢 Simmi is now Amba part 2 n Rohan is better off without her 😛

Even I was talking about the post leap Amba. Pre leap one was a mother with a lot of love. A helpless mother who wanted to save her child.

I can see that Amba has been two types before and after the leaps. I guess she decided to become cold-evil after all the experience over the years that being a nice person is no good. That's understandable. She, to all extend, has been wrong to Preet and is wrong not to like Rohan. But I think she is right to hate Raj. He is pure evil as well. Amba wants a SIL who can provide support and help to her. Raj, as we all know, is useless and Aman Pahuja disappeared. So her only option was to get Simran married to man who is humble and helpful. That's why she was desperate to get her married. Rohan can be a good SIL but being a Bajwa does not make him Amba's choice.

Raj is evil no doubt, but that does not make Amba less evil. And he r desperation to get Simmi married was to ensure that the weight on her shoulders lessened. She never cared for her daughter. She did want to take up the responsibility of her mentally ill daughter. Hence the insistence on marrying her off.

I know the reason but did she know that she has taken her daughter previous 18 yr as a boy ! Preet herself admit in Holi festival episode that it's really hard for her that what she is not she has to be like and what she is , she can't do!

Look at the dialogue she was tired,intial reason was to set unity among bajwa and pawania family but Amba herself spoiled it ..if she doesn't go for fighting with them today Raman would be alive!! When her mother doesn't want peace between ph and bh ,then why did she spoil her 18 yr?
