Kangana Ranaut and Aditya Pancholi were in a scandalous relationship at the time of the former's struggling days. Kangana went on record and talked about the abusive relationship that she had with Aditya in the show Aap Ki Adalat before her film Simran hit the screens this month.

Recently the reports came that Zarina Wahab and Aditya Pancholi have sent a legal notice to Kangana. We got in touch with Zarina to confirm the news and to know more details about it. She told us, "Yes, we have sent a legal notice to Kangana. Currently, we can't really talk about it as our lawyers have said not to divulge more details. Give me a week's time, I will surely talk to you in detail about the legal notice."

Kangana Ranaut's lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee has now responded to the notice. He said, "The defamation notice received by the Advocate representing Mr. Aditya Pancholi and Ms. Zarina Wahab have been duly replied to. My client who has been a victim of crime has largely spoken about her personal experiences, which were already reported on various media platforms since the year 2007. Besides the laws of the land do not give any added advantage to any male person to silence any (victim) woman under the threat of filing defamation proceedings against her."

And here we go again...dear controversy stirring lawyer, defamation is completely unrelated to the sex of the accused and the victim (by the way, your client is the accused NOT the victim). Why are you raising gender now? The issue is whether your client lied with the intention of harming the reputation of another.
