This is something new I may start to from here on. I will update what the audience WOM is for each film I wrote predictions for!
I watched some audience feedback videos that were filmed in India. I found some videos from a couple different areas of India.
In Punjab, the public feedback was generally very positive. Everyone seemed to like the film. I do have a friend though who used to live in Chandigarh, and he felt that the film was boring.
In South India (it seemed to be Bengaluru), the public feedback was mixed: there was a comment like "paisa vasool," but also a comment like "shit," and a rating from a person who gave the film 2/5 and only liked Salman's cameo.
In Mumbai (the biggest circuit that matters), the WOM was mixed: there were those who loved the film, but you can't ignore some comments from others such as "flop," "terrible," and "no comparison to the original Judwaa".
The BookMyShow rating (which is voted by users in India after seeing the film) stands at 74% with 18,407. Usually, this rating is similar to other films with Mixed-to-Positive WOM.
The current iMDB rating stands at 3.9/10, but with only 787 votes. This could be an alarming sign though, and could make it a case where a section of the class audience in India rejects the film, as the class audience in India will likely have a similar taste to how a film is rated on IMDB.
Overall, I would say that the public WOM for Judwaa 2 in India's big circuits is mixed, but leaning more towards the positive side. Not enough information is available to gauge the WOM in smaller/mass centres. Shah Rukh Khan's Raees, another film that released earlier this year, was also carrying a similar sort of craze during it's opening, with huge groups of SRK's fans flocking to theatres together and shouting dialogues in the public feedback videos and all, just as how Varun's fans have been dancing and singing songs of Judwaa in these videos. Both films seem to have a similar WOM though in big circuits (mixed-to-positive), and if Judwaa 2 trends in a similar manner to Raees, it will multiply it's opening day of 15.75 (BOI's number) by approximately 6.35 and finish with lifetime collections of 100 crore nett.
