He wanted to make his debut as a director with this superstar but due to reasons known only to both of them, it didn't happen then. In fact, after this director hit the big time, they were to work together but, again, for reasons known only to both of them, it didn't happen. Years later, it seems they have yet another chance at making that wish come true.
We're talking about Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani. Yes, you read that right! Sooner and not later, there's going to be a BIG announcement about Hirani directing King Khan. We're told that both of them have locked a concept and an official announcement will take place in a few weeks. Watch this space!
