According to the interviews, Meera's previous relationship failed so I am assuming that whatever love that was there is lost.

But Dev thinks that he is responsible for Mehek's death he is still unaware of the whole spy thing.

So once he discovers that Mehek was involved in the murder of Guruji then he too will let go oh her.

Only then can Dev have feelings for Meera. Meera and Dev can start their relationship after.

yup it was lovely episode and Deera are really treat to watch. one more thing a love about today episode was zohra apa and dev heart to heart conversation. and i am die hard fan Deera but enjoy dev and Narvekar as much, they have great chemistry in fact every character of this series have that spark.
