From a story which started with so many of promises to ... being nearly meaningless.

looks like the forum which used to be vibrant and alive shares the same sentiment.
dunno why i am writing this.. just feel like penning some random thoughts down.

i boarded this ship for Nairan. no actually Karan.
a touch phobic, allergic to light, living the shadows with his umbrella for company, ridiculed by world and his own father, not one soul who could understand him, his burden, his pain, his shades, his quirks, his story.. and him learning to live and love.

Slowly fell in love with Naina when she let him take his well deserved dunk in the pool for playing her for a fool. Atta girl. this ain't no bahu. she can give it back as good as she gets.

Story is gonna be a roller coaster. yeah!

then came Kunal. serenity among the churning and chaos.

and then came in Meghna. - The fire girl.

and i wished for their story too. Meghnal. their college days. how they met. their banters. the beginning of their story.

gradual and slow and beautiful re-bonding of brothers for they had such abyss separating them.
Battle of Meghna against the ones who wronged her mother.
Naina stepping into her own share of sunlight out of her own shadows.
Karan embracing life and love.
Kunal and his love story.

but...

i never got WHY Naina fell in love with Karan. her thought process, her needs, her desires, her love. she fell in love with him coz of swabhimaan, sanskaar the usual troupe. or for the man he really is?

Karan. ..

too sudden. too soon. i wished for a slow burn.
and then that ridiculous 15 days challenge. seriously? this is how a medical issue is treated? the one ailing you from childhood?
and him joining the office.

all the hopes for music school, making a brilliant career in that field. showing NK that this 'nikamma' son can be a super success story on his own terms.

saas bahu and saazish out a story which held so many promises of being.. one of a kind.

So what went wrong?
Darn near everything for me. there were few moments of beautiful brilliance no doubt. but over all journey... truly a lost potential.

You definitely have a point. Nainas love realization has been quite uneventful. But I do think that it has been made clear that she fell for his kindness and character. Just the moment when she fell in love is unknown. They could have made it more clear. I believe she voiced her feelings about him quite openly on their marriage day a few weeks ago. I had so much hate for Karan the last few weeks they surely dented his character. But I am remaining hopeful, though I wished that Karan would have begged a little longer for Nainas forgiveness, I am quite positive that we will get to see their full blown romance from now on. After the yesterday episode I have the feeling that the CVS learned their lesson. Moreover I could not stay mad at Karan after yesterday...he is too cute 😆

thank you Shya for explaining. stopped watching the show a long time back. just got nostalgic today😳.

Nice post the show started great but slowly lost its charm nairan s story,sisters bond, mothers daughter bond and two in dependt educated career oriented girls is USP of this show but instead of concentating on these aspects they concentrated on drama so stupid raaz n all 😡

And the show lost the charm

I boarded to the train for karan the most unique ML on tvpur and nairan and will sail in this ship till the end my hopes for music school karan pursuing a career in music and naina s college track is still up hope CVS fullfill this

I hope that CVS have learned their lesson butchering karan s character to suit their convince was their biggest fault and this showed in trps

About naina well she fell in love when she got to know of karan s initial rudness towards him was only for her safety, she fell in love with a guy who was teaching music to kids in chawal, she fell in love with a man who loves his family but can never express , she fell in love with a boy who has so much talent , she fell for His innocence ,for his rudness ,his talent, his purity if heart honestly speaking it was naina who fell in love first its just that she always covered it with friendship that girl was attracted to her man even before their marriage attracted to his mysterious yet innocent personality but always covered it up with courtsey, sanskaar,dharm and ultimately frienship she was always in love karan fell for her later and situations made his feelings more clear

Hoping for a better journey ahead hoping, more if nairan that we always wanted a journey that is betond words and above all the family drama ,for a more busy forum with nairan filled activities hoping for more of your poems hoping for more of sons s post

What went wrong is that CV's were rushing in order to show unwanted drama. I dont know why these people are obsessed with drama. Each and every track has drama. They dont pause to show light moments between the couples. Their main focus is to show drama as audience loves drama according to them 🤢 Its not the case. I had so much expectations from Kunal's track. it started so well but then

1. they showed Karan misunderstanding Naina. It was not worth it. How he got to know Naina knew about the Raaz i dont even know.

2. Bahu Dharam nonsense. What they wanted to show i dont know.

3. Khyati's marriage track. So stupid of them. She still goes to college, how is she going to take responsibility as a bahu? Is she matured enough to handle saas bahu problems/marriage life? Only good thing was NaiRan and Meghnal working together to solve problems.

Now Shiv Drama coming up 😕

There is already too much of negativity in the show. High time they show some positive stuffs now.

Bold - spot on . they are showing what they want and not what the audience want.

And how wrong they are TRP shows . isn't a show made for an audiences ? How do they expect TRP's when their ideas and audiance expectations are not mutual.

For a supposedly family show, it's become a circus.
It's downright stupid. I hope they have learnt their lesson and not separate NaiRan or Meghna and Naina. It was cringe worthy watching the last few weeks.
There is ZERO NaiRan romance. Why can't we get some romance.
I'm so disappointed.
