When the name of his seed took root in his mothers womb, he was shunned, put on trial and then declared guilty. His verdict: to be sentenced for life. Does it mean getting aborted? š²
When he took his first breath he was abandoned and then taken to serve his punishment in the Red kingdom . He was to be punished by people who held on to their false pride and hid their crimes and mistakes behind the facade of honor. You know now I am beginning to understand why they call it the modern Mahabharata! In Mahabharata, everyone did all the nonesensial and unfair stuff in the name of dharma! But they were wrong of course! Over here, as you said they commit crimes and hide behind their facade of honor! Omg!! Uh-hun! Totally makes sense! I honestly couldn't pin point the exact reason for Mahabharata and RKC being similar! Now their concepts makes sense into similarity! Cool! thanks! --- It's okay if you don't know what I am talking about š
No, these people, these kings and queens, they weren't what they appeared to be.
Among these conniving , manipulative and power-hungry but well respected family an innocent child was shunned and cut down. Mocked and humiliated. He was! Nobody can even imagine his pain as he grew up. It's pretty sad
He was blind and deaf to those surrounding him.
Surely, it must have been the little boys fault. His misdeeds and his crimes so great to be treaty so cruelly. Surely. He must have deserved to hear such poission and vile treatment.
His crime: he was the illitgiment off spring of a spineless man.
His crime: to be born into a bloodline of wolves. Even the wolves accepted Mowgli š„± He's born in between humans. we are the ones who live too much according to how the society wants us to
His crime: for being different. Is he even different? Sometimes I feel like he was forced to be different~ Remember his flashback where some woman was making him dance? They forced him into few things for sure. Not cool š„±
As the years went by, this boy was declared: half man, half woman. Declared and raised as one, by the those around him. By those around him...
His true identity hides. It hides in this very illusion of a incomplete
man. Alright you have it mentioned here! Lol. I am going passage after passage š
After all when has sociality ever taken the likes of his "kind" seriously or of any importance or with fear. Was this why he was turned into this half woman. To keep the throne afar, far from his reach because sociality would never expect or accept power from such a man. But who will turn him into one?? If it's Satrupa, it'll just become too evil on her part. Almost disgusting. But yeah, I think they turned him into this half man and half woman to keep him socially unacceptable :/
Could this misfortune now be the perfect disguise for the perfect revenge?
He wanders the walls of Laal Mahal like a ghost. His footprints disappear, his voice echoless. He doesn't hid in the shadows, no his invisible in daylight.<<< This is really sad and true
His seen the facade, his seen the closet filled of mask they don't. His heard their secrets. Collected them and keeps them hidden in him.
His eyes. Look into his eyes.
If one were to only take their time and see him. Really see him. Look pass the innocence of his face, his soft spoken words and trimmed persona. They would find something sinister luking in his eyes. They would see something shrewd swirling within him.
This boy, he has secrets of his own. A dungeon full of them where he locks himself. He knows the red walls too well. He knows to always keep appearance or they will be no tomorrow. For now he'll do all his talking to his reflection.
They say there was once a light in this red mansion. He shinned so bright even the sun would turn blind. Even though this light tried to shine his rays on this boy his rays never reached.
You see, he wasn't able to create a bond. The bond of love and compassion. The bond of understanding and friendship.
This light was barely around. He was a free sprit flying high in his skies.
He was a shackled boy who only grew to resent this light. A constant reminder of his unjust. A constant reminder of what he could never have.
^^^^ They're so going to pay for their deeds with him right? The way they've been treating him, his revenge is disdainful-ness towards them is inevitable really.
There is a ocean of pain inside him. A depth that can't be touch.
The depth of loneliness filled with anguish and agony companied with rage. Tears that don't dry. Wounds that keep getting cut deeper and deeper never turning into scars. Never healing.
His been stepped on, spat at and chocked on, lashed at. And yet here he still is.
Who is he? The mysterious son of a equally mysterious mother.
Will he be the villain or anti-hero? Or prove to be both?
Will he be a ally? Or a ally made of facade?
He is the afflicted who one day will become the afflicter. The dark horse no one saw rising. The nightcrawler no one heard whispering their reckoning.
He is the silent storm the Red family have breed with anger and unwarranted hate. He is the lightning storm they have created by their ruthless prejudice.
The pain they leashed on him isn't a mistake but a crime. A crime that will have no trials, no verdicts, just punishment.

This is my first post here. I've just started watching the show. I won't go into saying how amazing this show is. Which is damn brilliant. Its pretty obvious I'm rooting for Narottam. I love the way his character is shaped. His got so much hurt and darkness in him. His creepy and mysterious. His my kind of character. I had to force myself to stop with all the collages. I'm sorry for the overdose. Oh this is your first post! Ah welcome - welcome! š Narottam is one of the many who's been treated unfairly by the Red Mahal. I can't bring myself into disliking him, even though he's planning on using Anami, the only good person in the house currently. He wasn't even able to bring himself to like Vatsalya before, the person who actually supported. That's how much unfair everyone had been towards him! It's ridiculous! Living where you're treated like trash by everyone who matters is something nobody would wanna go through. No kidding. Did they even educate him??? I hope they did! But again, he's still not fighting his own battles. Right now his mother is using him and making him use Anami. No. He still needs to grow. It'll be hard, I know it will be. He's never been motivated to do anything in his life, what will motivate him into standing up for himself? His anger towards everybody who's treating wrong is just there, wanting to get out but he still doesn't know how to get it out! He doesn't know how to stand up for himself! Nobody ever listened to him before, treated him like trash, so why will anyone listen to him now. He'll be punished right? This is so illegal. They all wrong! Jeez!
