As per TB Article , Sanjay Dutt meets Saumya after Ballu tries to molest her .. so mayb its shot later .. she must hv gone out to cry when he meets her and mayb Sanjay dutt only lets Harman know about Ballu .. so thats how Harman finds out and beats up Ballu ..

He came to promote his upcoming movie Bhoomi ..

May be u r correct as soumya moves to outhouse,ballu uses this opportunity to molest her. And then this happens.

Thanks Ani for sharing ; i don't know if this meeting is before or after Harman knowing about Ballu molestation bcz in article they said met Saumya and don't talked about Harman .Anyway if someone want the article this is the link:
