Firstly I want to clarify one thing that I am a married woman and I would not appreciate if my husband brings our personal matters in public or even involve our family in it. Let alone the love confession.
But quoting Ekta Kapoor once in Kapil Sharma's show "the reason why people are into daily soaps is because it is far from the reality"
Shows, books or any other alternative is a relax from our life. Real life , as they say. What would be the fun had there been no difference between the two.
Coming to the show, with all the attacks and unacceptance of the scenes , poor guy never had the chance to be a quoted, '14 yo teenager' and with the gallons of emotions in him currently, his actions are governed by them. And , itihaas gawah hai how shivaay is in handling the emotion word. If he can call Anika a kooda in front of not only his family but general public and didn't induce the cringe because it got hidden under the blanket of his character then his desire to hear I love you that made him include his dad dadi and brothers can sure get away. Keeping in mind that shivaay has his extreme way of showing emotions. He was worst with his anger and that was widely accepted.! I wonder why.
Who breaks a phone every second ?? and there is sure noone throwing money on faces outside a Mandir. But then again , shivaay has it in him. It's him. That's what makes Shivay S.H.I.V.A.Y. the extremities.
If , he can behave like an abnormal
Temperamental man, he can behave like a love struck teenager.
Anger has been his forte , then also he couldn't handle it , his actions being the proof. So , his romantic side obviously will not be very 'normal'. I think writers are doing a considerable job in trying to bring the balance in the character and there is no character assassination. For, dear people , had shivaay accepted the fact of being in love like any other normal guy , that would have been out of character because come on , shivaay Singh Oberoi was never balanced. Characters are on point in the current track, as Anika has always been the poised , calm , composed person who knows what is to be done and when , specially when it comes to her personal life. Therefore her discomfort is obvious in the public demonstration of affection by pati parmeshwar.
I do not intend to offense or hurt any one's sentiments. It's just my personal perception.
