Our hero working out (dead lifting)

No comments here, the weight seems to be way to heavy... but then our hero should be aware of what he is doing...

Dead lifting meaning:

The deadlift is a weight training exercise in which a loaded barbell or bar is lifted off the ground to the level of the hips, then thrown to the ground.[1] It is one of the three powerlifting exercises, along with the squat and bench press.

I think so too Ami.
What's the need to do such heavy lifting . He's already so skinny &
Tries to keep himself fit with kick boxing, martial arts, ...& so on.
Wondering why add this ?😳

TFS Ami 😃

Thanks for sharing, Ami! 🤗 The weight was clearly too heavy for our hero. 🤔 I sincerely hope his wrist has healed completely from his injury, otherwise the consequences of such an exercise could be dire. 😭

He's lifting heavy weights to bulk up, guys. 😳 He may need to decrease his weights because he wasn't able to finish a set of at least ten reps. I know you're supposed to do smaller reps and higher weights when bulking, but I've never come across a set less than twelve in repetitions. 🤓 His wrist injury has me really nervous. 🤔

I have colleagues who work out during lunch time. Based on their discussions, it seems that usually the routine is heavy exercise days and some light exercise days. In these sessions also, exercise is done for upper body, lower body, abdomen, etc... based on individual goals. This also includes table tennis and other sports activities.

I thinking Mishal seems to have the such kind of routine as well and that's why multiple activities.. (This is just my guess based on his posts)

DAZZ, this is such a heavy equipment, I guess he should be having personal trainer. Can't be doing on his own.. Hopefully he is introducing such exercise in his routine slowly.

I haven't seen a trainer in his videos, but I sure do hope you're right. MR shouldn't be attempting such heavy weights after an injury without supervision. 😕
