What is in Neil's mind?

One thing I am not getting, why Neil is reluctant to confess his feelings to Avni? He is clear about his feelings for Avni, also he has heard Avni's subconscious confession. So what is stopping him to directly talk to Avni? Didn't Neela asked him to do the same and he nodded in affirmative?I know the current scenario is not apt for confession but even if this kidnapping and Ali fiasco had not happened, Neil was not planning to speak to Avni rather waiting for 10 days challenge to get over. Why still waiting for Avni to speak first?

yes I was also thinking the same.Neil is pretty sure about his feelings, but waiting for our tubelight Avni to open up.he now knew Avni never had a boyfriend in her life and she is new to such feelings.
