very interesting concept Katie 😃. Both see a very simple solution to their problems, so for them it's just a means to an end. But their very first hurdle is in the form of Payal. (the one you showed is very cute by the way, but my association with the name will always be PV's little Payal so it's her I imagine whilst reading). Children have an honest heart and don't qualm about calling a spade, a spade. Payal will not just let anyone claim her father's place whatsoever, she will only accept him when she senses that his care for her is genuine. it certainly will not be easy to sway her, and somehow it won't speak well of his character if his affection for such an angel is not genuine.
It's also heartbreaking that Aarti has such a grim prognosis ðŸ˜. it must be devastating to think that she may not be around to see her baby grow up, or take care of her, or to know that she may have the same struggles Aarti had when growing up. a mother can sacrifice anything for her children, and so Aarti here is doing the same for her child. making a deal with the devil to secure her future.
but as I observed before things will not be so straight forward, this means to an end will not be without entanglements! and I am excited to see the web you've already started to weave around them. it will even be interesting if Aarti does lose her memory after the operation, and Yash by then having falling in love with her, and little Payal will have to keep to the vows he is entering into without much thought right now. and the man that did not want marriage will actually realize it's exactly what he wanted.
oopsy, I am getting ahead of myself here! sorry Katie 😆 but yes, excited to read more!
