I always said why I like Dev.. because this is not just episodic case solving story, here with each case Dev emotionally connects with ! The more I see, the more I wanna know how actually Dev ended up being in love with Mahek.. Thought I am not into Mahek, still curious!
Parallels : Nayantara/Mahek
From the very first scene the makers tried to force us to believe Nayantara was not a simple but a cunning woman, by how she talked, behaved with Dev. But in the middle of the episode we knew Nayantara was not bad and in the end she was whitewashed. I am feeling same thing is gonna happen with Mahek.

Liked that the makers didn't show a rope to make us aware that there was actually a rope but they actually showed a snake exactly from the child's POV. I am impressed.

I can't digest how filthy that no.2 son was. Killing your own parent. Chi, Chi! He was even conspiring to send his just got pregnant wife in jail. Chi, Chi!

Did I saw a blooper in the next case? Did the drug addict girl's microphone showed?

The first Dev-Meera scene was nice. You see Meera was heavily affected by Dev's close proximity. Dev was so sweet when he was uttering words under his breath! 😆 Then in the last Dev got furious because Meera trespassed into his past memories and in the process hurt him opening his old woulds which never got proper ointment to soothe. His frustration, helplessness was so clear n I kinda sure that he didn't shoot/kill Mahek. Because he said, usse goli lagi thi, he never said maine goli mari or mujhse goli chal gayi. Aww, Meera's tears seeing Dev happy with Mahek. Dunno what the tears were for? But I didn't like how he was manhandling, pushing n pulling her. Yes, I understand he was in great pain n Meera triggered that again but still he was just too rough.

The next case would be about a girl trying to survive in cine industry but death happens and here comes our Dev...! A interesting case to look out for and I am also interested to see how Dev-Meera again talks after today's incident. Missed Avi, Amod and Cat sahiba. Is it the first case without Amod?

I don't know if anyone else felt the same way I did, but it was obvious from the beginning that the second son was involved. I don't know why, but it just seemed like he enters the house and there's a scream. It was like a been-there-done-that scenario. And I started suspecting the nurse in the same scene when she didn't appear quick enough.

Nayantara's track was written as if to force us to believe she was involved, but I felt like she was just this lonely, but smart woman who was looking for some company. She flirted with Dev, but when she didn't get any response, she just receded into her shell.

The rope and the murder plan was a nice plan though. That was totally unexpected. When the child said snake, I totally expected it to be something like a trained snake that had a knife on its back or like a remote snake or something, but rope was a nice twist.

Dev and Meera at the beginning was a cute scene. Dev doesn't like fish and Meera got all flustered when Dev got too close to her. But I have a feeling it's because she still thinks of him as a murderer.

I got really angry at Meera at the end though. She went too far. I know people are curious and anyone would have done the same in that situation, but there's a point when you need to control yourself and she just couldn't. I don't think Dev was wrong in the way he handled her. Meera opened a raw wound and before he broke down and destroyed her, he just wanted her out. In the process he manhandled her, but I think it was more to save her. But seeing Meera's pain I also felt bad for her. But at the end of the day she was wrong and she was dealt with accordingly.

Yep this was the first case without Narvekar, but we needed that. Narvekar can't just be on every case that Dev happens to be called on. It would be too much of a coincidence and then it would seem that Narvekar is the only police officer in all of Mumbai.

The second wife who was accused got a clean cheat from me being a accused 😆 I was just jumping between the two brothers.

I liked that accountant, Nayantara didn't took him as a prospect but her turned out to be her true lover!

A very nice way to psychologically play with viewer's minds. 👏

I don't think he tried to save her, he was too occupied with his opened up old scars to think about others. Whatever is the reason, didn't like manhandling a woman. Anyway, to each her own, I don't think whatever is the crime a woman doesn't deserve to be manhandled by a man if her intentions were not harmful. Anyway let's agree to disagree but I respect your opinion. 😳

True, Amod's absence makes the show more realistic because every case can not be from same area and one policeman can not be everywhere handing every case Dev takes up. Still, I felt his absence and I missed him! 😛 😳

The case was more of a filler and I guessed the culprit soon.. As for Mehek's death, I'm also wondering if Dev is really a murderer? Maybe he just shot the bottle while a 2nd person killed her (like today's epi involving 2 ppl).
Meera is too interfering..first she landed up in Zohra's house wto prior notice, took Dev's car, keeps commenting on his clothes, barged into his room etc. Don't noe if thts a character trait or the writers ingnorance but I'm not liking it.

I like the episode and i actually guessed it right that it was a rope not a snake because she was stabbed and dev got a liitle piece of thread of the rope at the window too.brijlal mehta and his wife were living in separate rooms??

Meera dev scenes were good too.so dev is a vegetarian😆 kitchen scene was interesting ..meera was cooking fish so that dev gets irritated and leave the house so she can start her search operation😛😆meera searching about dev on internet was ok but entering maheks room wasn't ok..dev locked it because he doesn't want anyone to be there .so the way dev reacted after watching meera wasn't wrong but he actually manhandled her.i think they both will apologize to each other later. Me too confused why she was crying seeing their photos(who click those photos?? I mean when they were in graveyard and outside swamiji room😛😛).yhaan Usse goli lgi thi means he shot her accidentally... trying to take the gun from mahek's hand??

Btw in those videos they showed swamiji is dead and dev arrested in 2013 and mahek related case was of 2015 ??? which year was wriiten below in the video??

In last case the driver's name was navin too .this time again the murderer was navin 😆

yeah i agreed as mentioned above amod can't be in all the cases dev take but i missed him too and of course avi and madhubala
and i have mix feeling for meera crossing line in her curiosity and dev manhandling meera but i want both of them to apologize.

ashish has been brilliant from the start but the way he showed pain was just marvelous.

That daily soap family! 😆 As Dev said "tum bhi dhoodh ke dhule huye nahi ho", everybody had their share of secrets. That son who killed his own mother- seriously, dude? Although I liked the way they planned this. 😆 In starting, makers tried to make Nayantara negative in viewers' eyes. Obviously she wasn't the murderer, just a flirt. Then Revti. It's clear that the one who is being blamed by everyone is never the culprit. That's why we have a detective to look through everything. The reason behind them killing the lady was so stupid. I was assuming that it may be inheriting the property. That snake referred to rope which again was obvious.

Meera being apprehensive is understandable but this time she went too far with the whole thing. She can directly ask Aapa regarding the case as the latter claims that she knows everything. Btw her "ye juhu beach nahi hai" rant was too good. 😆 As far as Dev is concerned, he is just avoiding the pain inflicting memories.

As you guys already pointed out that Narvekar cannot be present wherever Dev goes, I agree. But he was really missed. 😆

Loved the episode. I didn't guess son no.2, but someone else. Though i did guessed nurse/fake nurse being involved. Meera's curiosity on Dev's past with Mehak was a bit too personal. Like it wasn't only because of Dev but as if she also knew Mehak in the past. As if she is here in Dev's house not just as a co-incidence but she had some kinda relation with Mehak in past; or something to do with Mehak's case. I didn't like the way she crossed her limits and opened Mehak's room. Dev's way of handling or man-handling were a natural consequence of intense frustration, hurt and pain he still has for Mehak and her death. Some scenes are not right or wrong, but a natural portrayal of a character's actions. Also, loved that they didn't show Narvekar today. Its logically same inspector's police station cannot have territorial jurisdiction of whole Mumbai in every case .
P.S.: For the first time I felt Meera is not just another ordinary character. But she has something to do with Mehak and/or her murder case.
