Anyways, her reappearance makes me wary already but I believe she is a bigger threat on Om and Gauri than on anyone else. Her intentions to harm the Obrois have been ping ponging since the show began and has lost that effect of her initial ughh... "villainy"
Also, I get what you meant about RiKara not actually coming close with what ShivIka are doing but after the half-baked scenes they were being given that weren't convincing, I am finally enjoying them again. I also liked how this insecurity of Om reared its head for a bit "Iska matlab Gauri mujhe ab pasand nahi karti?". I think Gauri's ignorance was much needed at this point to push them along. And I hope Gauri stops running after Om from now on, with or without Shivaay's insistence.
I've been wondering for a while about the vanvaas track and how it can possibly happen so its pretty intriguing to me.
The whole thing was a stupid plot device, but it has ultimately made way for Svetlana to enter OM. She has caused a lot of trouble in DBO but now that IB and DBO has been merged, her track just can't evolve around the Om and Gauri. It has to affect the whole family for maximum impact. Then of course there is the Vanvas track which was mentioned by none other Svet in the initial promos, where she said one of the brother's would go to vanvas. And if anyone goes to vanvas for whatever reason, it has to Shivaay because he is the eldest brother. If the vanvas track really happens Shivaay would obviously be Ram and Rudy Laxman, and Om would be Bharat. The three of them always had the Ram, Laxman, Bharat dynamic between them with Shivaay and Omkara being pitted as rivals for the throne. I think Svetlana's ultimate goal is to break the happy family apart.
