helooo Aimf! 😃.. good to see you... with your style comment.. gosh was a long time coming..

Awesome take, dear Hammie! Hats off to you for the wonderful details and precious observations. Like you, I too thought it would be a difficult episode, but it was done well with both aplomb and finesse. Here are some thoughts from aimf:
bring them on mate 😃
--The pastel and muted tones of the reception venue gave off more of a baby-shower or a child's birthday party vibe rather than of an adult wedding reception. This was appropriate given the nature of the "gift" that was to be given to the bride, but at the same time the innocent hues of the reception milieu provided an ironic backdrop to the sinister events waiting to unfold --public shaming and vintage revenge, awaiting the right time to be opened like a bottle of wine saved for a special occasion.
👏 loved the comparison between Advay's revenge to a mellowed bottle of wine. Red. I would say.. to symbolize his raging blood.. and made out of years of fermentation of the black grapes, signifying his fury!
--The revelation of the gift was also rife with irony. Just as the innocent face of the child belied the havoc its mere presence created, so too Chandni's innocence, like that child, created tsunamis of inner and outer disharmony and a range of emotions in the gathering.
both the child and Chandni's depicted vulnerability and innocene.. raises speculation , which is what Advay planned.. Both baby and Chandni.. are at a loss to explain their stance! others will read meaning into it.. all working to Advay's plan!
--The baby was absolutely a fish out of water at the wedding reception, and likewise, Chandni was also out of place in Advay's life. Both the child and Chandni looked guileless, and did not belong amidst high-society elites, the one because it was conceived out of wedlock, and the other because she was deemed inconceivable for wedlock.
true say.. and its an open and shut case. No room for trial or debate. Public court and opinion gives the verdict ,short, sharp and swift.. just as Advay planned !
--The innocent baby was used as a pawn to supposedly lift the veil of innocence from the face of the bride. The bride was used to torment her parents need for respect and status. The parents were used as pawns to quell the never-ending embers of revenge smarting in the heart of Advay, the master puppeteer.
well said.. mate.. its like a domino effect.. where the means justtify the end.. as designed by Advay..
--The master-pupetteer, who runs the show gets entagled in his own skeins of sophisticated games. At his command, the curtain is down, the macabre show is supposedly over, but no one applauds the intricate movements of the puppeteer, the mastermind. Like a clown who entertains everyone, but goes back to his sad and lonely place after the face-paint has come off, Advay's lonely heart retreats to the haunting shadow-plays of childhood drama --Despite pulling down the curtain on his flawless game of revenge, there is no curtain call for the relentlessly painful memories, the nightmares and the conflagration of anger burning in his heart.
👏...this is the grief of a past profound bond.. the memories haunt.. they check him from applauding himself for getting that, which he waited for so long..his sweet revenge! but his memories turn the sweetness into a lingering bitterness.. that no1! it does not feel good in rolling Chandni in dirt!.. As, he finds splashes of muck on his soul as well!! how will he cleanse his soul? now that he has fulfiled his duty as the obedient son?.. surely a husband now fails?
--Finally the precap is also symbolic: Keys in the hands of Chandni? Keys to Advay's past, so she can unlock the secret of his pain? Keys to his destiny or hers with him? Like a hare that has accidentally wandered into the lion's den, the meek Chandni is all set to return in Advay's life. Let us wait and watch if the lion is magnanimous enough to just watch the hare scampering around.
Cheers!
I would like her to accept the invite.. and yes.. gather herself, to face the lion.in his den.. to accept the challenge in itself shows bravery on Chandni's part. She will find the lion is really wounded. in need of healing.. and yes Aimf.. her truth will lead her on.. she is selfless and loyal to those she is joined to ,in terms of family.. This in itself is a hopful note.. both Advay and Chandni have strong sentiments towards familial bonds! They both are family for each other! will be the uniting factor between them!
