She is neither negative or positive. She is like dadi's chachi, who wants to be in dadi's good books. She doesn't say anything against Suvarna I guess since Dadi already doesn't like Suvarna so she poses no threat against Surekha but Surekha sees that Naira has a possibility of winning dadi's heart.

At present Naira didn't unite Karthik-Manish to become close to normal father-son where Karthik took care of Manish that was because of Manish's effort to save Karthik from getting hurt so its effort from daddy cool Manish's side...Its not always Naira...Remember the first one to talk to Naksh was Yash and not Naira?...Naira will be the one who will disclose that secret from the past for sure but that doesn't assures it will sort out their differences...Karthik-Swarna can actually be the "unintentional" cause of K's mothers' death...Somewhere I feel KD has to do something with Soumya's death...no she didn't killed her or instigated her etc but somewhere she know the whole story...Other bahus solve murder mysteries 😆 toh Naira uniting her husband with his father ain't a great deal 😳
