MASAKALI (ShivIka/RuVya/RiKara ft. FF) Prologue

Simply described, it's a story of a bunch of people

and how they go on about their lives trying to better, bolder and nicer day by day learning to appreciate little things in life.

The bunch of people include;

Anika Mehra: An architect by profession, who

becomes a dance instructor in the weekends. Kind yet

an angry bird, Complicated yet No-nonsense, Distant

yet quite attached.

Bhavya Rathore: A professionally trained dancer who

runs her own dance academy. She is roommates with

Anika. Seems calm, collected and mature but actually

battles with her own insecurities and inferiority

complex.

Rudra Mehra: A hotshot CEO of his dad's company.

Is actually quite thoughtless and a big spender.

Dreams to be a musician, plays bass and guitar;

Anika's cousin and is close with her, also a pain to

her ass.

Shivaay Oberoi : A Chef who owns a famous

restaurant. Plans to establish more by exploring more

and more cuisines. Funny, warmhearted and Simple.

Omkara Oberoi : A business man who had a string of

failed businesses and in depression. Addicted to drugs and in a self- destructive mind set. Is actually quite warm inside.

Gauri singh : A bar tender who works at a famous

pub and known for her eccentric drinks. Quite chill, loud, sunny and Responsible.

Vikram Thapar : Handsome and Smart, But he is

quite self centered. Anika's childhood friend and ex- boyfriend.

PROLOGUE:

On a random Monday morning,I was woken up by

the incessant knocks. She gingerly wakes up to open the door.

"Heyy! A guy at the door greets me with a wide grin.

"Umm..Who are you? I ask him.

"Is Anika in? He makes his way inside the house

strolling a huge suitcase.

"She is sleeping! I said taken aback.

"Aniii... He yelled in a shrill voice.

Meanwhile Anika came out rubbing her eyes.

"Rudra? Anika is shocked looking at the visitor.

"Yesss... He goes and hugs her tight which she

returns gleefully.

"What the hell are you doing here? She asked him.

"I left home to pursue my dreams! He said making

Anika shocked ad she broke the hug.

"Rudra? You can't be serious! Anika said.

"Sorry sister! I am going to crash here till I make

some money. Papa literally kicked me out without any money" He said taking the sofa.

"You are not kidding right/? Anika asked still reeling in shock.

I poured myself some water watching the scene unfold. Is this guy bad news?
