Ruchi di,
I always end up enjoy cherishing the comments that follow. Wonderfullly penned down thoughts! They are inspired by your writing, always. 😳Sobti ji is a clever actor. He can speak and emote using his body language extensively. Does that make any sense? There has always been a sense of realism when it comes to his intense scenes. Does he feel them when he acts? Maybe. Getting into the skin of the character and help shape the characteristics lies in the magic of acting. Believing it, naturally occurs to the audience that watch him over time. It is only fair he takes the credit for portraying various emotions brilliantly. His romantic scenes are lovely, but emotional ones, somehow leave a bigger impact. The TV audience has a wide range of generations watching. I love so many scenes of Arnav and Anjali from Season 1. Some of his memorable intense scenes were with Shyam. In short, if there is a balance maintained, interactions with different members of the family take place, we are privy to be surprised, and left impacted. It takes time, from the narrative point of view, which makes it an interesting watch.Oh yes, all the actors, also compliment him. Taali ek haath se nahi bajti. In IPK 3, it is Indrani ji, PP, Miku, Murali, Nani ji.Can I admit that, it felt like Sobti ji was trying a bit too hard to play Advay in the first few episodes? Now there is a sense of understanding, a connect. Maybe as an actor, he is now convinced enough to play the shade of the character. The execution was par excellence, is it not?Last but not the least, him playing a flawed, dark role is a treat to watch! Revenge or redemption track - Which one are you guys looking forward to? The transition will have all of us for sure!An extended weekend allowed me to extend my word limit. Whoops, this is way too much pyaar distributed towards him, thoda Desh bhakhti ke liye bhi chod dete hain. Happy Independence Day, Desh wasiyon 🤗P.S Ruchi di, please write more. Sobti ji deseves to open a dictionary once in a while. He must be on the moon when he reads this. Now now, would he also blush? ☺️
Zeffy, thank you 🤗
As you said, the effortless realism in Barun's acting is wonderful to watch. The array of emotions he is able to portray makes it possible for a wide range of age groups to empathise with his character. It's always a multi dimensional character who can make us root for him in the long run.
Reg you PS, if Barun were to read this, the only one affected would be me! Drowning in a right puddle of mush ;)
