just a wake up call for the director and actor to stop taking fickle things like stardom for granted and work on content coz that is above all..period

stardom has not remained with anyone for ever..even a legend like amitab faced extreme downfall..so stop treating yourself as God and improve your craft if you chose a performance oriented role and also to the director to stop riding on starpower of lead and work harder on creating a better product

the fact that a hindi medium with a clash and on such less screens has only earned around 40 cr less than tubelight on 4300 screens..solo..and coming on eid..speaks volumes on who is the king..CONTENT

Jai Ho was released on non-holiday that's why it underperformed. There is no other reason for it's failure. Yes, it was a crap movie but PRDP, Bodyguard, Ready and Dabangg 2 were bigger craps than Jai Ho yet they were Blockbusters because they were released on holidays( Ready-Post IPL).

Jai Ho had the same masala and Action which would have worked for Salman's fanbase. It only needed a big Holiday and it would have become a Blockbuster.

Tubelight flopped because it was a panned and rejected everywhere.
Salman fans rejected it because of Salman in a different role and trying to act.
Neutral audience rejected it because of lack of entertainment value.
Intellectuals and Pseudo Intellectuals rejected it because of weak script, laughable acting and bad critic reviews.

Tubelight was a poorly scripted film and nothing special
Jai Ho needed a holiday else it was a normal masala film

That's why only his movies where he is hitting/shooting people left right and centre (with no message) work..😆

i won't accept garbage in the name of message

i can rather google and read these beautiful motivating lines instead

jai ho was SO bad

they kept repeating the same line in every other scene

i couldn't understand what Tubelight tried to tell..never lose faith? but was it important to tell such a basic thing with such a lousy script..direction and pathetic acting?
