So Saathiya has ended and that on a cliched note that was cringeworthy. Many people are tired of saas bahu serials but personally I enjoyed them up to a point, i.e when the storyline gets repetitive.

Now to get to the point f this post. Why don't we reminisce our memories of Saathiya much like they did in the show.

Who remembers the first promos?

The parrot mimicking Urmila and shouting Gopi, kahan margaye?

Rashi on her motorbike.

Kokila being rude and turning down a match for her son because the girl was too modern.

Urmila' s various kalakaris.

Ahem teaching Gopi to read and the small shoots of love growing

Gopi saving the idol on Navratri and earning herself a place with Ahem.

The turning point for Ahem. When Gopi had to look after Urmila and he saw her everywhere because he was missing her.

And who can forget Gopi's accident and the time she slapped Ahem by accident. I spat my tea out at that scene 😆

These are just some of my memories. Please feel free to add your own and rekindle the love we had for Saathiya.

🤣 I so remember that. Never mind lungi dance. We had a field day with the towel dance and wishing that Gopi got naughty and flicked with the towel like schoolboys do in the shower rooms 😆

I liked that scene in which everyone tied Gaura up after a plan of hers to frame Meera backfired. I loved the way Gaura was angrily screaming everyone's names upon finding herself tied and how scared everyone got in that scene! That was hilarious. 🤣

I also liked how after a series of many events, Paridhi became accepted by the Modi Parivar and the altogether charm and warm atmosphere that was there prior to the third leap. 😳

I wasn't an ardent follower of the show. Never ever watch a single episode of SNS before Dheera happened. Started watching it right from Amar's entry. So to me Saathiya memories are all about Dheera. The run and chase (Their 1st meet) was the turning point 😃

But yes last leap was completely uncalled for and recent entries were like last nail in the coffin. Don't know how much I'm gonna miss the show but will definitely miss Dheera.

So many memories, so many kalakaries. So much heartbreak and so much joy. Koki and Gopi becoming Saath nibhaning forever!!

However my fondest memories are the ones made with the people on this forum - I never had as much fun watching the show as I did with you guys and you know who you are - current and previous members!!

I was never really a 'fan' of SNS, but I used to watch the show with my mom during dinner time, and it wasn't so bad in its initial stages. In fact, the show during Giaa Manek's time was even kind of magical, and the tracks were new and refreshing. Gopi then was so cute and innocent, without all those 'holier than thou' lectures and eye rolls. Rashi, even while being vampish, was still very entertaining to watch, and I really liked her character and chemistry with Jigar. RaJi and GoHem were adorable back then.

In my opinion, the moment SNS became annoying as heck was after baby Meera was lost, Kokila blamed Gopi for it, and Gopi left the home. To an extent, some of the children scenes afterwards were not bad either, but following Rashi's death and the leap in which Meera/Vidya grew up, the show was totally unrecognizable.

The gopi agem scenes when ahem had started liking Gopi.. nazim ..my all time favourite and ahem ..the strong manly sexy character were my reason to see this show. The leaps ..tge added characters etc all didnt do anything for me. Gia and nazim were my ahem and gopi... those scenes i loved..! When something simple as a eyelock while giving tea was so promising.

My Sns memories r too many

Mainly from gia maneks time...

Gohem then Wer my love...

I was so fond of them...

Gopi was so cute, innocent, naive then..

& Urshi kk...

How much ever I disliked urshi for troubling Gopi always

I liked their scenes & actually looked.forward to them also their phonetic conversations Wer fab specially when Rashi would say she did some mistake & urmi would scolds her... It is all still fresh in my mind...

Laptop washing, navratri dance , cricket match, Gopis kidnap, bringing back kanhaji on janmashtami, ahem taking.gopi out for her to speak her.mind, children asking Gopi to celebrate janmashtami by cutting cake & wanting to surprise her, Gopi learning ahem teaching scenes, Gopis accident while.saving Rashi , Ahem's heartbreak, ahem caring for Gopi... Gopis slap to ahem & ahem washing Gopis hair & then their car ride & also Holi moments... All Wer so unique, refreshing & magical... Not to forget Gopi saving ahem from.fire..

Then gia left I was disappointed too... Had left for few weeks too... But urshi kks with achar business kept me glue... Then Devo as Gopi got a bit better so I could tolerate her... Then Meera baby was born she was so cute... Then all kids one after other kept me glued to the show

I tried liking many characters... But wen after leap Meera Vidya grew old... & their marriage happened... I thought may be Vidya shravan chemistry would click in with me like gohem did... But surprisingly the way CVS turned his character to useless & instead made dharam nice & d husband I wanted for ahem to be I started following Dheera too...

Though Dheera wer not as close to me as Gohem specially Gina.. but I also started liking devna in few scenes...

Then jaggi came... He was one of d most majedar character I have seen... His age was supposed to be 50+ but his antics were of 5 yrs old.. that was fun to watch... & Finally he was d one who was supporting Gopi & loving her like I wanted ahem to do I started liking them too... Though not a gogi supporter... I liked them with their friendship relation...

Overall it was very close to my heart & brain.. so even after so many ups & downs then downs downs I still watched this crap... Yes I myself say it is crap but still I watch it... Crazy GoHem Lover you see...
