Ajay Devgan is still one of the best actors of all time along with great Action Heroes e.g. Sunny Deol, Dharmendra, Akshay Kumar & Sunil Shetty .

He is Indian first and a proud one just like most Ajay Devgan fans like me.

What I fail to understand is that India as a country has always complained about Pakistan and accused Pakistan of cross border unrest. Fine. I dont agree but Indian government has that view. This was the view in 1990s..this was the view in 2000s and this is now as well.

Where were these so called desj bhakts then? why after milking the foreign audience for 50 years of their life these people have suddenly discovered the love for their country and army as if things that they accused the other side of never happened before. They worked..they released their movies in pakistan and uae and uk where pakistanis contributed.

Now that there is a political wave and media attacks these turncoats have discovered desjh bhakti because it seems to be the flavor of politics these days..if tomorrow another government comes and starts sending emissaries to Pakistan then these same clowns will sit in bus and visit the country across the border

in the end its not hatred for pakistan or love for their country that is driving them to say these things but it is lust for money that has made these idiots say things that they have said

considering all this the least these fools could have done was to say ok we do not agree with pakistani government but we respect pakistani actors and people as we have worked with them and we have sold them our products so we have no issues with them. if anything this is ehsaan faramoshi and i have a better word..beghairti. lol

No Pakistani has 1 percent objection to an Indian loving his country and making it first. I even dont have objection to them having issue with policies. I will even tolerate them asking for ban..but these hypocrites and beghairats have no respect at all. To me they are not sincere to their country,..and if tomorrow the tide turns they will turn as well ...they dont have any character.

If i see Ajay Devgan in real life then i'm going to give him a BIG HUG and tell him how much I love him as his FAN.

Everybody can be hypocrites in life but people like Ajay Devgan have a good heart. The man loves his children and wife Kajol. His passion for movies and acting is always there.

From the bottom of my heart, I always be a AJAY DEVGAN FAN no matter what people think. 1996 was the year I became a fan of Ajay after the release of his movie called Jaan.

Ajay Devgan's legacy will continue in Indian Cinema. All i want is good movies & good performances from this versatile actor & 2x National Award Winner.

Well even I like him or liked him till I read that news. My brother was saying that the near watchable movie that is releasing is Badshaoo starring Ajay and Emran and we would have watched it for sure.

I am sure he is a family man as well. Problem is that by going after a country and its actors and that too suddenly shows that you are not convinced in your views or you are a coward who got scared at threats from goons. You did all the maska polish and ur movie still failed.

All he should have done is that I support my Army and my country in condemnation or whatever the narrative is BUT I respect my audience, my fans in Pakistan and respect all the actors as artists have nothing to do with government policies and I believe this should continue as there is no government ban. I condemn hooligans and will not get scared of threats. Ordinary citizens of Pakistan who have followed our movies, are our fans should be separated from policies of their country to which I disagree.

This is exactly my view. I do not associate Indians and Bollywood with Indian government policies which are against Pakistan and do not want our good. But ordinary people, friends here at IF, Indian grocery stores, Indian movies, Indian run dunkin donut, Indian run lodges have nothing to do with these people. There the contact should continue till we have government and establishment who move towards peace.

So no I am not a Ajay hater..but he sure has disappointing me with this behavior. I dont like hypocrites or cowards. One should have character to speak the right thing.

Finally you got the point I trying to make. In this I will actually praise the way Akshay has balanced it all. He is Canadian citizen, the right wingers love him for the charity he does for needy army men and their families and think he is the biggest patriot around but not once have I seen him criticize Pakistani government, its army, its people or its artists. He is always respectful towards all.

When the controversy surrounding Pakistani-actor Fawad Khan's role in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil was bubbling last year, Ajay Devgn, whose film Shivaay was clashing with the Karan Johar film supported the ban on the use of Pakistani artistes in Indian films, which was called for by a political party in India. Ajay had gone on record to say that he won't be working with Pakistani artistes. But Devgn recently launched a song of his next release Baadshaho Mere Rashke Qamar the qawwali, originally sung by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, which has been recreated by the veteran's nephew and shagird, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.

An industry source says, "It's surprising how Ajay went back on his words, so quickly. Last year, he was going all out against Karan and claiming that he should have got Fawad replaced in the film and that there is an exchange of bullets now and that leaves no room for an exchange of culture. How much has changed in the last one year that Ajay suddenly had a change of heart? It's so close to the Amarnath attacks. Relations with the neighbouring country are still strained. Honestly, this shows the hypocrisy that exists in the industry.

So, was the whole furore against ADHM just because at that time it was all about Ajay vs Karan? Will KJo raise this issue of the Pakistani singer in Ajay's film now? Watch this space...

I got the point well before this revelation

My stance is simple. I disassociate a country's policy with its people, artists, businesses. I expect every good person to do the same. Yes I have even said if you want to ban then ban completely. Yes I have said there is no need for Pakistani actors to work in Bollywood. That was not my wish or something I thought was right or should happen. It was a message to government to come out of the closet and be clear. If you think that policy is right then go all out. It was message to actors to not pursue work in light of political situation and threats.

Wise sage never meant that he would be okay with people/actors who are calling for ban. I personally dont like such people or policies. This point needs to be understood ie the difference between my analysis and what I think is correct.
