Baadshah movie and Bacchi jokes

Around 1 hr 55 minute mark there is a scene between Baadshah (SRK) and Chief (Amrish Puri). Baadshah who plays a detective/spy is under the impression that chief is inquiring about a kidnapped little girl. But chief seems to be talking about the political assassination planning. He asks "where is the Bacchi"? Baadshah tells him to aren't you stressed out about the Bacchi for whom you called me here. Chief disgustingly replies that "Why should I lie, Bacchi thoughts made him change his pants 4 times" and Baadshah quickly shrugs off his hands in disgust.

So while the character of Amrish Puri might not have been talking about the little girl, but the character of SRK doesn't give too much thought that he might be handing over a kidnapped girl to a pedophile? What were the writers thinking? Who wrote this sick jokes full of crass humor and thought it was funny?

If I misunderstood, my mistake but please someone care to explain? 😕

Maybe the change pants 4 times joke means something else. It makes no sense for Amrish to talk about his boss's child like that.

Yeah I get it he may be talking about the politician but it still doesn't explain Badshaah part as he is there representing the kidnapped little girl. I watched this on TV yesterday so wasn't following it properly but still confused like hell.

Kuch bhi topic Boss.

I saw this movie in theater and it was mad cap comedy, with no head or tail. Don't take it too seriously. It is a good clean comedy movie.

You are posting wrong quote.

Srk says "bachi ke bare main tension nahi hai"

Amrish says "tension to itna hai ki din main 4 4 baar pant badalni pad rahi hai"

Which means he is sweating/pissing too much.

Even I liked this movie - it was very funny at times but still don't get with this humor. I am all in for humor even if double meaning but it leaves a lot to interpreting since here it involves minors so stil feel like the whole scene was unwarranted and open to interpretation and hence we are talking about a potential kidnapper of a little girl who is making such jokes.

It was a different context that both referred
Baadshah was concerned about the welfare of the child
Chief was irritated that he had to change his pants so often
Not much connection between the two
