Knowing Ekta any of the following could happen:

1. P and K like each other but S likes K. P sacrifices her love and gets married to R to make sure Khates her. Eventually P and R fall in love.

2. P and K hate each other and S and K love each other. However S disappears on the day of the marriage and P is forced to take her place. Now S hates P and P and K are stuck with one another. Eventually the sisters reconcile and P and K fall in love.

And somewhere in between the Kundalis will play a part

Vin is also part of the cast and since Shrishti is so much like Bulbul there might just be chemistry there.
