I don't understand why aren't they doing the operation on Soumya and turning her into a complete woman.

If they did that then Harman and Soumya could be together in every way and there is no need to be afraid of society either.

Because the show is abt acceptance of ur identity

So will 1st utilize all the story possible then later will go for Saumya's treatment I feel

Because Harman does not want it .. In one Epi Soumya did ask Harman about her treatment but he said not to go for as he loves her the way she is ..

Mayb in future they will show her treatment but before that acceptance of identity by society track is important or else main purpose of the show wont b served ..
