Ah, Thank you.

Voldemort wouldn't be a terribly trustworthy person so chances are he was just being incredibly cautious incase someone decided to beat him to it.

As per the tomb being broken in. Not too many people have the liberty to be walking about at Hogwarts with Snape's reign on the school. On top of that, once Voldy had the wand, he wouldn't need to close the tomb so who cares if anyone asks nosy questions? We're looking at everything through Harry's eyes so we don't know for sure if anyone did ask questions at the school as Harry went to Hogwarts after he found out about the break-in.

If someone mentioned it to Harry he'd probably say, "I know. I saw Voldemort do it."

Your hypothesis is probably not incorrect so I'm open to both possibilities. If I were to look at your theory, however, I don't know where Harry will be returning the wand if not Dumbledore's tomb.

^^^true..well explained...

but then, lets say sumone did see the broken Tomb..I wudnt be arrogant enough to say that whoever did didn't reseal it then...after they were all loyal to Dumbledore (xcept those ruddy Carrows n few Slytherin Gits!) n revered him...

Maybe, Maybe not. We don't really know. Dependent on what we do know, I'm gonna say that putting the wand in the Dumbledore's tomb is what Harry would most likely do.
