Who saved Avni when she was shot by DM and she got drowned in lake?

That's what's annoying me. They never showed or talked about how she was saved. It's irritating when they leave things unexplained in stories.

There was a scene i think about neela where the doctor saying that luckily avni saved because her heart is on right side not on left.. not exactly remembering when... but neela saved her...

how Neela got to know that she will be there only. Did Neela find her very fast? How? If not then due to bleeding she could die too.

i meant a little bit flashback was there..yeah even me.also didn't satisfied with this... no.offense please..i just shared what i remember...
