Tubelight has taken an opening that is below expectations but its not as bad as the figures looks in real value. Below are the opening day figures of East Punjab for Salman Khan starrers released this decade. This is the only circuit which is not affected by Ramadan. Last year it was a national holiday so Sultan figures are way ahead but compared to others, Tubelight is decent. Going forward the circuit could find it harder than the rest as the opening has come here and its not the normal Salman Khan film and there is no help post Eid in the circuit just like there is no negative affect of Ramadan. These figures give a more accurate position of the opening as against other Eid releases as most of the other major markets have been hit by Ramadan.
