SUMMARY:
The most beautiful actress of Bollywood is Sonam Kapoor.
She scored the highest average score out of 10 among 25 heroines voted by 30 IF members.
Top 5 are as follows. Note the top 5 were the same in analyses performed with including 0s or excluding 0s.

Vaani got 82.8% scores 5 or below meaning 82.8% voters ranked her 5 or below. Nargis had 64.3% voters giving her 5 or less.
53.3% of voters voted 8 or higher for Deepika. Second in this metric was Sonam with 51.7% voters rating her 8 or higher.
CONCLUSION:
Anushka Sharma who is considered a pristine beauty came up with 7. My take is that following factors might have resulted in bias
- Fairness. It seems fair girls were voted less
- Region. Possible voters voted based on region
- Hippo. Possible that vote against Anushka was to get back at Hippo
- Insecurity. Many times people are jealous as well so they pull the leg of beautiful
In any case in terms of pure maths Sonam Kapoor won so congratulations to her and all the top 5 heroines
