DMG and Grey's anatomy are both fictitious and unrealistic in terms of their medical aspects. Atleast in GA, they do show some interesting cases. DMG is very low on it's medical content. I enjoy both GA and DMG for their 'soapiness' and romance. If ur looking for medical reality, then these shows are not the right place.
