I don't know either. I think we still have to find out. Everybody's guessing that Natasha is Kanya's mental disorder/ other half.

I think Natasha must be Kanya biological mother who left kanya in paami-anand care for various reasons. Obviously, she will make an enterance soon to cause chaos...thats y kanya " parents " are scared of Natasha returning...every1 in the family knows anand [ kanya father] loves kanya way more than the other 2 daughters...so there has to be a reason since other 2 are good daughters as well.
