Kabir scolding or guiding interns?

Well it's confusing, coz Dr. Kabir keeps scolding the interns mostly Sanchi, Pragya & Veer but as a doctor he should also guide them, give them a chance 2 prove and concludes with a moral / lesson just like in Grey's Anatomy or even Japanese medical dramas.

Even after Riddhi's case I thought he'll do a meeting with the interns who were involved & all for a discussion but no we got a scene where he spies them & informing papa Malhotra. 😕
They should also show Isha, Ria, Veer taking part of operations not just Sanchi all the time.

Once Kabir says 2 Veer he knows how capable he is then he goes like you are such an immature doc bla bla same goes with the girls. Being the best doc out there, will he ever try to look more into them, the way they handle the cases, to listen to what they hv 2 say...we can only blame cv's for the characterizations. 😕

Kabir's emotional/sensitive side needs to be shown nw gettin fed up of seeing strict, angry young man. Even I don't get why he keeps scolding them as if he has never done any mistakes in his work 😆 I think sanchi is becoming his punching bag is because he is starting to slowly like her but doesn't acknowledge it 😆

Only by making mistakes, they will learn...no wonder they are hell scared of Kabir

And it doesn't seem to me that he likes Saanchi at all...always taunting, always shouting at her...it's quite irritating

See we are all hving the same questions, him not behaving like a real / good teacher and no progression of his char. Actually even Pragya disappointed me, glad that they are showing more of her but in same avatar beside she who isn't easily scared is hella scared of Kabir now, c'mon girl where are your guts...
Kabir hving some feelings 4 Sanchi right now I can't see it that way coz he is only taunting everybody 24h/7 & same expressions also even though there r some voice modulations...😕

Pragya needs more SS for her character to be utilised more but oh well characters are allowed to make mistakes. I wish her SS was more.

If you see from kabirs perspective he is not wrong in scolding them. They are the future doctors and one mistake can cost a life. According to him, saanchi is a 65 perscent student who is very irresponsible. There are many occasions in which saanchi has let him down though it was not exactly her fault. Like coming late to the class, bringing a wrong patient to the OT, gate crashing a party etc. Saanchi has always broken all the rules. Still he didn't tell her any thing when she inaugrated the vip ward, conducted riddhi heart transplant etc. He even listed to her request to bring the family of that alziemiers patient. He was almost convinced about the foul play regarding riddhi s heart transplant. But their was no proof hence he couldn't help. What is his fault.

I think Saanchi should get more serious abt her career and stop bothering abt Veer and other stuff that is not that important.
She keeps falling for pranks of Veer, although I liked that he took the responsibility today, stop listening to what others think and say and focus on what really matters. Wonder also when she's gonna learn what matters more ??? When something goes terribly wrong???
I think all of them should stop being childish at times and start focusing on their responsibilities as future doctors. I am already seeing changes in Veer since the Riddhi case...

Dear I didn't said it's his fault, well this is cv's fault, they are doing bad job with the characterizations of the show with not only the inters but also with Kabir, Gayatri & recently they are showing changes in Veer. Ok it's normal to show weak interns and their journey of becoming good doctors but right now how they are showing Kabir as the teacher ( not the doc), mentor I don't hv the feel of him giving a real guidance 2 them apart from scolding and listening 2 Anand's orders. Lately it's becoming the same scenario, him pointing out mistakes, scolding & angry look, baas...😕

In real life or US series this is not what happens, of course scolding is needed but they need to communicate, understanding what is wrong & how to deal with it with the push of their senior / teacher. We barely sees meetings in this show, they always do breifs b4 big operations in real life, during those phase Kabir can play big as a teacher. See like he can say " the tougher it gets bla bla ", one dialogue with a strong advice, simple.

So true, again a let down of characterizations by the cv's & i hope at least they'll grow up as doctors along with the medical cases just like Riddhi's one. I mean producers said that this show focuses on how medical cases affect the doctor's lives along with their family drama. Well this aspect only started since last Thursday. And most importantly another aspect is to show that doctors are human beings, not only serious all the time they can ben chilled out even during surgeries (mentioned by Mohan sir himself) even dentists are so fun during surgeries at least here in Paris. LOL
But yes there is a time for both seriousness and fun!

Initially Sanchi was so irresponsible, I felt that Pragya was more capable of her, I really wish 2 see her more in medical cases along with Isha or even Ria. Sanchi's char isn't that of a topper at least at the start now it's slowly shaping up. It's good that they are showing mistakes made by interns even seniors do mistakes but I so wish that they show more of Kabir's guidance 2 them not just giving them deals, tasks & reminding what went wrong ( my only prob with his char) 😕
Communication, reunions are a must @ work na...cv's are forgetting lost of stuffs what 2 do this an indian daily soap...😆
