Ishu busy in her clinic...treating patients..one of the nurses is overly taking care of ishu she wants to know when raman is coming..ishu recollects the convo asks the nurse to call raman her husband on her phone..and she knows about them complimenting raman handsome...ishu being liberal and wants the nurse to talk to him..Nurse calls raman..the nurse asks raman, if he had lunch, looks like SRK and very handsome..raman bites her head off, poor girl..and asks her to concentrate on her studies and hangs up..the nurse is shocked to see this side of him..and Ishu says looks can be deceiving..you need lots of patients to handle men like him ..the way ishu handled it was very good...Biwi says raman is very predictable...this scene was light hearted ...
So roshni comes to bhallas and comes to know aaliya has gone out with friends and that toshiji is very sick..so roshni heads to see toshiji ...but couldn't find her in the room..then she sees toshiji on the floor struggling to breathe..And they lift her to the bed..So neelu heads to iyers house..but none are there..roshni calls ishita..she has her phone...yesterdays precap plays..and ishu asks her to give a certain pill..and is giving her instructions over the phone...she has had asthma attack...so ishu on the way...Bhallaji, and the iyers are there ..But toshiji is not in a good state at all..
So aaliya has taken the car...so no car available...so ishu informs raman...and bhallaji tells her everything...so raman heads to get Dr. Chabra..
Ishu is driving home..aaliya's phone is switched off.. and aaliya is busy having ice cream with her friends..aaliya wants to leave as its way too late but her friends are not letting her go...and aaliya has to go to head to cook...and they have their usual talk..and they start eating their sundaes...aaliyas phone is dead..so couldn't call home.
So raman heads to the Dr's and forces him come...ishu is listening to everything and asks him to handle it calmly and not to react...Raman then pleads with the doc though he understands.. but cannot help...and finally the doc gives in..
Toshiji is treated and people are praying ..toshiji is fine...she has had food allergy and this lead to asthma..and ishu thanks roshni..
And raman apologizes for his behavior to the doc and offers to drop...
Raman has dropped the doc..and he sees bhallaji in the parking lot..and the bench scene..this was a good scene..the fear of loosing someone..the companionship when old..well done by Bhallaji...very calm and soothing scene..nothing ott..just practical and realistic..
Bhallaji was scared of the situation and wonders what if something happened to her, he had never been away form her in all their married life...and how lonely he felt when toshiji used to take them to their grandpas house when young..and she made sure she came back in 2 days...as she knows how upset i get..and says both cannot live without each other..yes we fight etc etc..but cannot live without the other..and what if something had happened..Raman consoles him and says mummy ji will be fine..
It was an emotional and heartfelt scene...now we can see where Raman gets his possessiveness, his fear of loosing someone...etc etc..
So mika is also there and she feels bad...and they all feel, thank god roshni was there..
Raman brings in the broken bhallaji...and ishu gives soup to bhallaji..
Enter aaliya...with ice cream..and she goes on and on..
Raman starts questions..and yells at her for not picking up her phone...and aaaliya asks why is he that angry on her...she's very scared by now..but he again asks the same question...and asks if she did a mistake..and goes to ishu...and raman starts again what's the need for ice cream. Ok fine..why didn't she pick up her phone?..ishu asks raman to calm down ...and raman again says why didn't she pick up the phone..and the cycle continued with mihika...finally miku says everything...and roshni names come in for taking care of the situation..and aaliya apologizes and says her phone was dead and couldn't charge and starts crying...

Aaliya apologizes to toshiji..and raman thanks roshni for being there when help was needed...and roshni says its good she was able to help her..and raman is praising roshni..aaliya behind her..ishu watching all this...raman taunts saying..dil.. has so many responsibilities , you understand responsibilities and you worry for her ..what if something happens..
Raman is furious with aaliya..

Roshni praising will not sit well with aaliya and shagun will all fuel...
If toshiji has food allergy and she having asthma which will aggravate more ...I'm surprised she's not carrying epinephrine shots, or Benadryl..this helps to buy time..as they go into anaphylactic shock...
I wish they posted a message, a public service announcement...never to take food allergy lightly as it could be fatal...and seek medical attention immediately...anyways
Overall ...a decent episode...
