When I saw Anushka Shetty in western dress, I was reminded of Pari in earlier days. People accepted Pari as what she was, as how they are loving Anushka now. There was no need to feel insecure.

She should have gone to that industry/agreed to do those films, which accepted her as she is. Instead she invested years, trying to fit in.

She is a strange combination of having insecurity on one side and having airs on the other side. The way she commented on her relative (some Chopra girl, not PC) was not of taste.

I don't think, she explored South ever (many Bollywood people think, it is beneath their level). But doing something would have been better than sitting with nothing. Also Piku. May be she thought, Irrfan is not a mainstream material.

Basically it was her poor choices, made because of her prejudices. (That includes her obsession over her figure. I feel, she is not going to remain in that shape for long. Those who speak too much on their figure, hardly ever maintain it. Ex: Kareena. Those who maintain, will not speak about it all the time).

It doesnt look like she is going anywhere. Alia/Shraddha have surpassed her, and have better projects.

People are more interested in Sara-Jhanvi at this point!
