but who made the most impact in their movies?

This is not wrt their overall HW career but just the movies mentioned (their most mainstream HW ventures) only

So performance and importance/length of role in the movies can play a consideration

No one TBH. I don't remember Aish's much so I can't really much much to that.

But if sidelining the rest of their careers and just the individual movies based on what I have read, PC had been mentioned positively in multiple international reviews and lukewarm in others, and the mention is beyond just saying her name as part of the cast. DP didnt get much mention of her role unless it was BW media , nor did any of the other females in xXx for that matter, they focused mostly on Vin, Donny Yan and Kris Wu. In terms of box office, xXx obviously, but hardly any contribution from DP or Vin for that matter. All to the Asian actors, they saved the movie. Baywatch didnt get much from having Zac or TheRock unfortunately.

In terms of being noticed probably PC cuz the media did pick up on her and whether that is because she has Quantico and is known face vs if she did well in the role. DP didnt stand out at all. Both movies were a bust for both girls. At least xXx made $$$ regardless of where it came from!

This is my experience so impact wise,

Ash appeared in shows, many people still recognize "world's beautiful woman", CNN had a headline when she got married. But movies wise, toast.

PC, more red carpet appearances, huge billboards in major cities. TV made her known more than Ash. But again major wash with Baywatch.

DP barely a blip to mention anything.

Don't know about Pink Panther much but both XXX and Baywatch failed

Clearly question is about impact and not on how much movies collected.

Movie reviews can tell you a better story.

IMO.. Majority reviews liked PC performance.. DP was hardly mentioned in the reviews.

Unfair to Aishwarya considering the film is 8 years older. But she received a fair share of appreciation for the film. Also it wasn't her first Hollywood film. Her first English film was Bride and Prejudice and it was very successful.

Pink Panther 2 also did well in India, considering they didn't even release the first part here.

MUMBAI: Despite garnering unfavorable reviews from critics globally, The Pink Panther 2 has grossed Rs 10.71 million at the Indian box office in its opening weekend.

Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) Films India released The Pink Panther 2 on 27 February in India with 35 prints and five digital prints across India in English only across all metros and mini-metros.

Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) Films India managing director Kercy Daruwala says, "The Pink Panther 2 is a great franchise film and the character of Inspector Clouseau is quite popular and legendary. We at SPE were confident about our product and anticipating a favorable response and good opening collection, which we have proudly managed to achieve. Though we released the film with only 40 prints in the first phase and that too around examination time, I guess it was the curiosity factor and great fan following of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, which further helped us garner an impressive opening collection of Rs 10 million plus across India. And we hope the film continues to do good business in the coming weeks as the audiences are appreciating the film.

The Pink Panther 2, stars Steve Martin, John Cleese, Jean Reno, Lily Tomlin and Emily Mortimer. The investigative team is played by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Andy Garcia, Alfred Molina and Yuki Matsuzaki. The story is set in Paris and Rome and directed by Harald Zwart.
