Glad that dadima showed zeenat her place with her taunts

She made her stand clear with her words and loved the way she confronted Maan too

Through maan's prespective it was clear that he neither loved zeenat or any of his ex , he just wanted to marry zeenat as it could increase his status and position in society and she would have turned out to be a trophy wife

Like dadima said love and trust is the strong foundation for a relationship to be successful not money

Maan needs realise his feelings for Geet and mend his way of living life too

On other hand though Geet knew the reality of her relationship with maan still it broke her to the core seeing zeenat !! Reality hurt more than imagination and dreams

Part 11 -


A tensed and confused Maan went to their room only to stop at door looking at Geet who is busy folding clothes in a small bag . His heart stop at that time without thinking anything he rushed angrily to her and throw the bag on floor ...


" what the hell you are doing ..? "


Geet frowned not getting what's is going on ..why he came from now where and showing anger ...


" why you packing bag ...? how can you think of leav...? "


" main bas dhobi ko dene ke liye kapre rakh rahi thi ...what's wrong with you ? ...kuch bhi karte rahete hai ..." ..


Maan took a breath of relief finally feeling peace and thinking how foolish he is ? reacted even before hearing anything.. Geet can't leave , Dadima not well ...she needs her she can't leave now ' tu bhi na Maan ' ...


He start picking cloth from floor helping Geet ...she packed again and when he was about to go she stop him at door ...


" Aapko kya laaga ...? main jaane ki packing kar rahi thi ? "


Maan turn around unsure as don't know how to answer it ... even she doesn't know why she asked this ? ...to hear him to say don't go or to confirm her doubt that he wants her to leave as soon as possible that's why he called Zeenat ...but Maan just stayed silent then said slowly not looking at her ...


" no I thought woh ha Dadima not well she needs you. She won't like you going you know I mean she loves you as her own daughter... so just ..."


Again he hide his emotion behind excuse ...Geet stop him saying more ...


" you don't have to remind me that I'm here only because of Dadima ... "


She turn around facing her back to him as her eyes wet up but she wiped them way hurriedly as picked up the bag and cross his path to go out not before clearly telling him her intention ...

" I know when I need to leave .. just few more days then you will be free to do whatever you want ..."


Whole night both couldn't sleep only turning one side to another ..he looked at the pillow wall ..a sudden urge to throw all pillow away and talk to her .. hug her .. kiss her ..he shocked at his own thought ...' how can i think like that ? ' he turn around facing his back to her and curse himself for thinking like that ...

At morning he was the first one to get up and went to gym to bent out frustration... her last word still ringing in his ear ...' just few more days then you will be free ' He punched the bag hard throwing it far breathing hard ...

" Why I'm scared of her leaving me ? isn't what I wanted ? ..then what changed now ...no i don't want her only for Dadima ...its more than that ...but what ? " ...


When he came back saw Geet standing in balcony drying her hair and busy in thought that didn't notice him ...he saw a drop of water near her shoulder and with great force stop himself from licking it by his lips ...


Geet turned around to go when saw him standing there ..." need something ? "

" yes you ..."

" hmmm? "

" i..i mean i need coffee made by you ..." she nodded crossing him without saying anything... again that unbearable silent but Maan doesn't know what to do ...


" What the hell yeh coffee kisne banaya ? Geet can't make this tasteless coffee ..." he gave back mug to Nakul glaring him ...


poor man answered sacredly ..." Woh Geet madam phone pe busy toh humne banaya ..." saying he left before Maan bent more anger ...

His mood was already bad now Geet's ignorance make it worse ...its Sunday he is at home but not once she came before him forget about talking ... ' What's wrong with her again ? ...aren't we friend now ? then why this silent treatment ...? ' he went down angrily to talk to her but disappoint and surprised hearing she left...' where can she go ...? ' ...Indirectly asked Dadima and learnt she went to meet her friends which didn't go well with him ... ' she have all time for her friends but not with the person whom she living in same house ...' He too left to meet a client as he got a call from Adi ...

At evening he came back and directly went to their room ..there sigh of relief finally seeing Geet who was busy reading a book ...

" so how was your day ? " he asked taking off his watch looking her through mirror...

" umm Good " She answered flipping page of her book not looking at him..

" it must be good after all you were with your friends right ? "


She stop for a moment " hmm " answered shortly but hiding her face more in book ...Maan looked at her for sometime ..waiting her to say more but she keep silent so he went to washroom angrily banging the door hard ...

When he came out saw her in same position but her phone is ringing... she cut the call fast ...Maan was drying his hair when noticed her uneasy ness as the phone ring again ..this time he couldn't stop himself from asking ...

" who is calling you again and again at this hour..?" Maan looked at her sharply Geet shrugged her shoulder...

" no one just mobile company..." she got up taking phone and was about to go but Maan stop her ...

" don't lie ..I noticed every time your cell ring you got disturb .."


" umn its nothing like that ..aap ko galat fami hui hai " ...saying she was about to escape his doubtful gaze but Maan asked stopping her in mid ...

" Who was that man whom you went meet at restaurant..? you even lied to Dadima that you went to meet friends but you weren't ...kon tha woh Geet ? "
