Something that stayed with me from yesterday's episode was the scene between Jhanvi and her mother. There was something very special and moving about this scene that made me very proud to be a modern woman. Throughout a number of shows Indian mother's are seen as weak and they must obey to society's rules and ways of life but Jhanvi's mother is very different. She has faced a lot of hardships and struggles like any other woman in this world but she has learnt to move forward according to her own rules, traditions and upbringing.

She is not overly modern in appearance etc. but she is from her heart. She has two beautiful, educated daughters who she has bought up single handedly but she didn't tie them down. She let them grow as individuals first. Jhanvi maybe overly good but she has been given the chance to be herself. In the scene today, Jhanvi's mother had no issues with her marrying Aditya. Many mothers would have questioned his marriage, his children and his family but she looked beyond all of that. She looked at him as a person. As an individual who has a good heart, mind and soul. She very beautifully explained that marriage is about two people and not just about the family. Both Aditya and Jhanvi will grow and develop through each other's strengths and weaknesses despite their age gap.

Despite everything that has happened in this woman's life she does not care about "log kya kahenge" she is more concerned about her daughter's happiness. She very clearly understands that Jhanvi loves Aditya and he is her life. Thank you CV's once again for showing a strong independent woman who isnt scared to stand up for her daughter no matter what. We need more women like her and I am sure this world will automatically be a better place.

I totally agree with you Sonia. Jhanvi's mother is a modern woman in terms of her thinking. She gives priority to her children's happiness. Not a tipical woman who always thinks about the society.
But one thing I want to mention that it is not the right time to think about the marriage because Adi is still legally husband of Nisha & he is not in a state of mind to think about his own happiness. He is totally concentrated towards his daughters.
I think it is not a right time for Jhanvi's love confession.

Thank you! Yes you are right! I agree with you here and I really hope the CV's take this into account. Marriage is no game and it should be handled with ease. I am sure the love confession will happen after they are married. Jhanvi will wait for the right time. I think they will obvz show them as friends and then Adi will fall in love with her. 😊
