and btw i know it is too late as maya has gone past redemption point...but just wanted to know what would u have done? 😛

many seem to be opting for therapies...

What Maya needs is combo of love, attention, care and therapies. If i had a partner like Maya, I would first focus on making sure that he knows that I am not gonna leave him ever (behave like how he wants to) and then suggest the idea of therapies. Make him understand that he is sick and this psychological problem needs to be cured, hence the therapies.
It will take time and not the I don't think that one can cure a mental condition like Maya's.
